Te\u015fekk\u00fcrler karde\u015fim.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>An\u0131lar\u0131n yaz\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6nemserim ve an\u0131 okumay\u0131 da severim.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bu nedenle <em>HO\u015eOT (D\u0130CLE) ANILARI<\/em> kitab\u0131n\u0131 elime al\u0131nca bir solukta okudum.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Erganili olu\u015fumun ve eskiden Ergani\u2019nin simgelerinden biri olan Dicle K\u00f6y Enstit\u00fcs\u00fc\u2019n\u00fcn anlat\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131n, karde\u015flerimden Miktat\u2019\u0131n burada okumas\u0131 ve Ali Haydar\u2019\u0131n da \u00fc\u00e7 y\u0131l gibi k\u0131sa bir d\u00f6nem okulda y\u00f6neticilik yapmas\u0131n\u0131n da bu h\u0131zl\u0131 okumamda pay\u0131 var elbet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Refik T\u00fcrk kitab\u0131 derlemi\u015f, bir\u00e7ok g\u00fczel insan da an\u0131lar\u0131yla katk\u0131 sunmu\u015f ve sonu\u00e7ta \u201c<em>Siyah Beyaz Ku\u015fa\u011f\u0131n Renkli D\u00fcnyas\u0131\u201d<\/em>na duygulu bir g\u00fczelleme olu\u015fmu\u015f.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Yaz\u0131 yazan ve yay\u0131mlanmas\u0131nda eme\u011fi ge\u00e7en herkese te\u015fekk\u00fcr ederim.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kitab\u0131n ba\u015f\u0131nda da belirtildi\u011fi gibi; \u201cBu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma, Dicle K\u00f6y Enstit\u00fcs\u00fc ve ard\u0131l\u0131 Dicle \u0130lk\u00f6\u011fretmen Okulu\u2019nda okuyup mezun olan veya \u00e7e\u015fitli nedenlerle okuldan ayr\u0131lmak zorunda kalan eski \u00f6\u011frencilerin ve \u00f6\u011fretmenlerin an\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131 i\u00e7eren kollektif bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmad\u0131r.\u201d(s.13)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bu nedenden olmal\u0131, okudu\u011fum an\u0131lar\u0131n \u00e7o\u011funda, an\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131 yazanlar ge\u00e7mi\u015f ya\u015fanm\u0131\u015fl\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6zlemle an\u0131msaman\u0131n yaratt\u0131\u011f\u0131 duyguyla okullar\u0131n\u0131 biraz idealize ederek, yani hep barda\u011f\u0131n dolu taraf\u0131ndan bakarak sadece kendilerinde silinmez izler b\u0131rakan an\u0131lar\u0131 anlatmay\u0131 tercih etmi\u015f.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Oysa siyasal, toplumsal ve k\u00fclt\u00fcrel geli\u015fmemizin tarihini bilmek, dahas\u0131 bu tarihi olu\u015fturmak i\u00e7in ge\u00e7mi\u015fte ya\u015fananlar\u0131n ele\u015ftirisel bir b\u00fct\u00fcnl\u00fck i\u00e7inde kay\u0131t alt\u0131na al\u0131nmas\u0131 ve tarihin ar\u015fivine bu \u015fekliyle girmesiyle m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olur. Toplumsal belle\u011fin olu\u015fumu ve kal\u0131c\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 ancak b\u00f6yle sa\u011flan\u0131r diye d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyorum.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Neden sonu\u00e7 ba\u011flam\u0131nda ge\u00e7mi\u015fe bakt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z zaman, Cumhuriyet kuruldu\u011funda \u00fcst yap\u0131da giri\u015filen de\u011fi\u015fiklerin, k\u00f6ylere kadar giremedi\u011fini g\u00f6r\u00fcr\u00fcz. O g\u00fcn\u00fcn T\u00fcrkiye\u2019sinde, k\u0131rsal kesimde Osmanl\u0131lardan devral\u0131nan ekonomik ve k\u00fclt\u00fcrel yap\u0131lar\u0131n korundu\u011funu, feodal d\u00f6nemden kalma ilkel \u00fcretim y\u00f6ntemlerinin kullan\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131, k\u00f6ylerin b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00e7o\u011funlu\u011funda kapal\u0131 k\u00f6y ekonomisinin ya\u015fand\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131; n\u00fcfusun yakla\u015f\u0131k %83,4\u2019\u00fcn\u00fcn k\u00f6ylerde ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ve okur yazar oran\u0131n\u0131n da %20 oldu\u011fu ger\u00e7e\u011finden hareketle; 1930\u2019lar\u0131n h\u00fck\u00fcmetleri, de\u011fer sistemlerini ve ekonomik yap\u0131 \u00f6zlemlerini k\u00f6y hayat\u0131 i\u00e7inde yayg\u0131nla\u015ft\u0131rmak, k\u00f6y\u00fc kente ve dolay\u0131s\u0131yla iktidara ba\u011flamak ve B\u00f6lge i\u00e7in de \u00f6zel olarak K\u00fcrt dilini, k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fc ve bizatihi varl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 yok edip herkesi T\u00fcrk yapmak i\u00e7in \u00e7e\u015fitli aray\u0131\u015flar i\u00e7inde \u00e7areler d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnmeye ba\u015flar. Neticede, k\u0131rsal kesimde yeni ve daha ileri \u00fcretim teknik ve y\u00f6ntemlerinin, yani tar\u0131m\u0131n modernle\u015fmesinin gerek duydu\u011fu kadrolar\u0131 yeti\u015ftirmeyi hedefleyen bir modern e\u011fitim-\u00fcretim kurumu olan K\u00f6y Enstit\u00fcleri fikri bask\u0131n \u00e7\u0131kar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cumhuriyet ancak ve ancak d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnen, d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnd\u00fcren, \u00fcreten, etkin ve bilin\u00e7li insanlar sayesinde k\u00f6kle\u015febilirdi. Bu nedenle ve en \u00f6nemlisi de kurucu iradenin buyru\u011fu gere\u011fi Devlet bir \u201cT\u00fcrk Ulusu\u201d yaratmay\u0131 hedefledi\u011finden, yani ihtiya\u00e7 duyulmas\u0131ndan dolay\u0131 Yat\u0131l\u0131 B\u00f6lge Okullar\u0131 ve K\u00f6y Enstit\u00fcleri kuruldu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>K\u0131sacas\u0131, K\u00f6y Enstit\u00fcleri ihtiya\u00e7tan do\u011fdu ve g\u00f6revi bitince de kap\u0131lar\u0131na kilit vuruldu. Kayan bir y\u0131ld\u0131z gibi ard\u0131nda iz b\u0131rakarak yok olan K\u00f6y Enstit\u00fcs\u00fc olay\u0131na bence b\u00f6yle bakmal\u0131y\u0131z.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kitab\u0131n \u00e7\u0131kmas\u0131nda eme\u011fi ge\u00e7enlerin ho\u015f g\u00f6r\u00fcs\u00fcne s\u0131\u011f\u0131narak bir \u015fey daha s\u00f6ylemek istiyorum. Kitapta an\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131 yazanlar\u0131n da s\u0131k s\u0131k vurguland\u0131\u011f\u0131 gibi, o d\u00f6nem Dicle K\u00f6y Enstit\u00fcs\u00fc ve ard\u0131l\u0131 Dicle \u0130lk\u00f6\u011fretmen Okulu\u2019na okumaya gelenlerin \u00e7o\u011fu Diyarbak\u0131r, Siirt, Mardin ve Urfa\u2019n\u0131n kasaba ve k\u00f6ylerinden, yani K\u00fcrt co\u011frafyas\u0131ndan gelen 11-12 ya\u015flar\u0131ndaki yoksul \u201cana kuzusu\u201d K\u00fcrt \u00e7ocuklar\u0131yd\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bunlardan baz\u0131lar\u0131 da kitapta an\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131 yazanlard\u0131r. Ama bu an\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131 yazanlardan hi\u00e7 kimsenin okulda K\u00fcrt\u00e7e konu\u015fman\u0131n yasaklanmas\u0131, kendi anadillerini konu\u015famamas\u0131 konusunda di\u015fe dokunur hi\u00e7bir \u015fey anlatmamas\u0131 bana \u00e7ok ilgin\u00e7 geldi. Antti Jalava\u2019n\u0131n bu konuda kula\u011fa k\u00fcpe olacak \u00e7ok g\u00fczel bir tan\u0131mlamas\u0131 var, \u015f\u00f6yle: \u201cAnadilim benim derim ve di\u011fer diller ise giysilerimdir. \u0130nsan ne zaman isterse kendi isteklerine g\u00f6re giysilerini de\u011fi\u015ftirebilir ama derisini de\u011fi\u015ftiremez.\u201d \u00c7ok merak ediyorum: Anadillerinin yasak olu\u015fu ve konu\u015famama \u201cana kuzusu\u201d K\u00fcrt ve Arap \u00e7ocuklar\u0131nda ne t\u00fcr duygu k\u0131r\u0131lmalar\u0131 yaratt\u0131, \u00e7ocuk y\u00fcreklerinde ne t\u00fcr f\u0131rt\u0131nalar estirdi?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Anlat\u0131mlarda bu duygular\u0131n anlat\u0131lmam\u0131\u015f olmas\u0131 bir eksik ama alk\u0131\u015flanacak g\u00fczellikler ve kadir\u015finasl\u0131\u011f\u0131n \u00e7ok\u00e7a \u00f6rnekleri var. \u00d6rne\u011fin, o d\u00f6nem Ergani Tren \u0130stasyonu\u2019nun en \u00f6nemli fig\u00fcr\u00fc olan K\u00fcrtlerin ulusal de\u011feri Kavalc\u0131 Haf\u0131z unutulmam\u0131\u015f, an\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131 yazanlar onu an\u0131lar\u0131na nak\u0131\u015f gibi i\u015flemi\u015f. O Haf\u0131z ki, vaktiyle g\u00f6k kubbe alt\u0131nda \u0131ss\u0131z Ho\u015fot ovas\u0131n\u0131 demir raylar\u0131n ikiye b\u00f6ld\u00fc\u011f\u00fc, yazlar\u0131 g\u00fcne\u015f \u0131\u015f\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n kavurucu yak\u0131c\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131nda, k\u0131\u015flar\u0131 ise so\u011fuk ve r\u00fczg\u00e2r\u0131n yak\u0131c\u0131 donduruculu\u011funda kaval\u0131yla \u0130stasyonda bulunan insanlar\u0131n y\u00fcreklerini duygu yo\u011funlu\u011funa g\u00f6re bazen serinletir ve bazen de \u0131s\u0131t\u0131rd\u0131, dinleyenlerde \u00e7ok farkl\u0131 duygular yarat\u0131rd\u0131. Haf\u0131z\u2019\u0131n kaval\u0131n\u0131 dinleyen baz\u0131 yorgun y\u00fcrekler, \u015fimdi \u00e7ok gerilerde kalm\u0131\u015f duygu ser\u00fcvenlerini yeniden ya\u015f\u0131yorlarm\u0131\u015f gibi an\u0131lar\u0131nda g\u00f6n\u00fcl borcunu \u00f6dercesine anlatm\u0131\u015f. Zarafet denilen \u015fey bu olmal\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gelelim en \u00f6nemli meseleye, kitab\u0131n sonunda Refik T\u00fcrk <em>Beklentilerimiz<\/em> ba\u015fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 alt\u0131nda, sorumluluk duyman\u0131n bilinciyle Dicle K\u00f6y Enstit\u00fcs\u00fc\u2019n\u00fcn bulundu\u011fu alan\u0131\/mek\u00e2n\u0131 i\u015faret ederek \u00e7ok hakl\u0131 ve yerinde se\u00e7enekli bir \u00f6neride bulunuyor:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cNeden buraya yeni bir bak\u0131\u015f a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131 ile bak\u0131lmas\u0131n? Neden burada, b\u00f6lge ARKEOLOJ\u0130K kaz\u0131 merkezi kurulmas\u0131n?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bizler, sadece an\u0131lar\u0131m\u0131zla de\u011fil, bilgimizle, g\u00fcc\u00fcm\u00fczle, becerimizle, t\u00fcm yeteneklerimiz ve deneyimlerimizle bu u\u011furda emek vermeye, hizmet etmeye haz\u0131r\u0131z.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8230;Biz okulumuzu, b\u00f6lgemizi, insan\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 ve \u00fclkemizi seviyoruz, hizmet etmeye haz\u0131r\u0131z.
