Beni bu yaz\u0131y\u0131 yazmaya iten; ustun askeri bir e\u011fitimden ge\u00e7mi\u015f, her turlu (fiziksel ve psikolojik) ko\u015fula uyum sa\u011flamas\u0131 gereken askeri \u015fahsiyetlerin olur-olmaz hastalanmalar\u0131 ile hem \u00e7ok \u00f6nem verdikleri kariyerlerini\/ toplumdaki stat\u00fclerini ve hem de &#8220;kahramanl\u0131klar\u0131&#8221;yla \u00f6v\u00fcnd\u00fckleri kurumlar\u0131n\u0131 itibars\u0131zla\u015ft\u0131rman\u0131n alt\u0131nda yatan nedeni irdelemekti. Su\u00e7, insani yasalara ve de\u011ferlere ayk\u0131r\u0131 olu\u015fan dengedir; insanlar\u0131n ac\u0131 \u00e7ekmesine ve yok olmas\u0131na neden olur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Su\u00e7 ve g\u00fcnah eylemleri ger\u00e7ek olaylard\u0131r ama cezan\u0131n \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcl\u00fc olup olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 kesin de\u011fildir. \u00d6rne\u011fin, sokakta arac\u0131n \u00e7arp\u0131p yaralad\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir insan ger\u00e7ek olayd\u0131r. Su\u00e7un kime ait oldu\u011fu ise g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde evrensel \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcler ve yasalarla tespit edilir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Yaralanmaya neden olan zanl\u0131n\u0131n ka\u00e7t\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnelim; bu durumda, ger\u00e7ekler karanl\u0131\u011fa g\u00f6m\u00fcl\u00fcr.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Yasad\u0131\u015f\u0131 olaylarda:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1-Kas\u0131tl\u0131 olarak ger\u00e7eklerin gizlenmedi\u011fini d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnelim.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2-Yetkililer, basit ya da evrensel \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fclerle ger\u00e7ekleri g\u00fcn\u0131\u015f\u0131\u011f\u0131na kavu\u015fturmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131r. Evrensel yasalar\u0131n bilinmedi\u011fi toplumlarda, basit \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fclerle ger\u00e7ekler aran\u0131r ama \u00e7o\u011funlukla ger\u00e7ekler derin kuyular\u0131n dibinde karanl\u0131kta gizlenir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">***<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00d6rf ve geleneklerin y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fckte oldu\u011fu toplumlarda ger\u00e7eklere ula\u015fmak kolay de\u011fildir. Bu durumda su\u00e7 ve g\u00fcnah i\u015fleyenlere ne olur?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1-\u00c7o\u011funluk su\u00e7lular bu d\u00fcnyada eylemlerine devam ederler. Bazen su\u00e7suzlar, su\u00e7lu diye ilan edilir. Baz\u0131 su\u00e7lular, \u201cSu testisi suyolunda k\u0131r\u0131l\u0131r\u201d \u00f6rne\u011fi, benzer davran\u0131\u015flara u\u011frarlar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2-\u00d6rf ve gelenek kurallar\u0131nda, do\u011fa yeteri kadar tan\u0131nmad\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan, \u00fcr\u00fcn k\u0131tl\u0131\u011f\u0131 s\u00fcreklidir. Bu ko\u015fullarda ba\u015flar \u00f6te d\u00fcnyaya \u00e7evrili olur. Egemen sa\u011fduyulara g\u00f6re, su\u00e7lular \u00f6te d\u00fcnyada i\u015fledikleri g\u00fcnahlar\u0131n\u0131n hesab\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6demek zorundad\u0131rlar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00d6te d\u00fcnya ile ilgili g\u00fcnahlardan kurtulmak i\u00e7in ne yapmak gerekir?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A-Yahudi ve H\u0131ristiyan toplumlarda, \u00f6te d\u00fcnyay\u0131 kaybetmek istemeyen dindar su\u00e7lular, dinsel liderlere ko\u015far ve su\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 itiraf ederler. Dinsel liderler, su\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 itiraf edenlerin g\u00fcnahlar\u0131n\u0131n af edilmesi i\u00e7in gereken \u00e7abalar\u0131 g\u00f6sterir. E\u011fer su\u00e7, kendi boyunu a\u015f\u0131yorsa; su\u00e7luyu, daha \u00fcst dinsel liderlere g\u00f6nderir. Baz\u0131 dindar su\u00e7lular, Roma\u2019ya kadar gider. Su\u00e7unu itiraf etmeyen dindar su\u00e7lu, bu d\u00fcnyada cay\u0131r cay\u0131r yanmaya ba\u015flar. \u0130ster imparator, ister lort, ister fahi\u015fe olsun; her dindar su\u00e7lu, su\u00e7unu, kendisi ile ilgilenen dinsel lidere itiraf eder. Bu davran\u0131\u015flar Bat\u0131l\u0131 toplumlarda sa\u011fduyudur. Nas\u0131l Ortado\u011fulu toplumlarda domuz eti yemek b\u00fcy\u00fck g\u00fcnah ise Bat\u0131l\u0131 toplumlarda g\u00fcnah\u0131 gizleme katlan\u0131lmaz g\u00fcnaht\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dinsel liderler, su\u00e7lular\u0131n itiraflar\u0131n\u0131 asla a\u00e7\u0131klamazlar. Sadece, \u201cGit su\u00e7unu yasal g\u00f6revlilere anlat\u201d diyebilirler. Bu ko\u015fullarda, su\u00e7lunun yasal g\u00f6revlilere gidip gitmemesi ayr\u0131 bir konudur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dinsel liderler, ebedi olan \u00f6te d\u00fcnya i\u00e7in gerekli dualar\u0131 okur, eylemleri yapar ve \u00fccretlerini al\u0131rlar. Su\u00e7lu, g\u00fcnahlar\u0131n\u0131n aff\u0131 i\u00e7in yasal \u00fccretlere ek olarak \u00f6demeler yapabilir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dinsel liderler, dinsel inan\u0131\u015flar\u0131 gere\u011fi, su\u00e7lular\u0131 ele vermezler ama onlar\u0131 k\u00f6t\u00fcl\u00fcklerden uzak tutmak i\u00e7in \u00e7aba harcarlar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kilisede d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce h\u00fccreleri olur. D\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce h\u00fccrelerinde, dindarlar, d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcr, vicdan muhasebesi yapar ve yarg\u0131ya var\u0131rlar. Vicdan muhasebesi yapmayan biri, \u00f6rne\u011fin, tarikata \u00fcye olamaz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce h\u00fccreleri, Bat\u0131da, d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnme al\u0131\u015fkanl\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 yayg\u0131nla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131r. Dinsel liderler d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcnce, onlar\u0131 izleyenler d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnmeyi ola\u011fan davran\u0131\u015f sayar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bat\u0131da baz\u0131 dindar su\u00e7lular, su\u00e7 ve g\u00fcnahlar\u0131n\u0131 dinsel liderlere a\u00e7\u0131klamakla yetinmez; eylemlerini g\u00fcnl\u00fcklerine, vasiyetlerine yazarlar. B\u00f6ylece, baz\u0131 su\u00e7lar y\u0131llar sonra g\u00fcn\u0131\u015f\u0131\u011f\u0131na kavu\u015fur. Seyrek de olsa, baz\u0131 su\u00e7lular, su\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 yasal g\u00f6revlilere a\u00e7\u0131klar. Yasal g\u00f6revliler zanl\u0131lar\u0131 adalete teslim ederler.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>B\u00f6ylesi eylemler as\u0131rlard\u0131r Bat\u0131l\u0131 \u00fclkelerde devam eder.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bat\u0131da ulus-devletler ortaya \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131ktan sonra, ger\u00e7ekleri gizleme su\u00e7 kapsam\u0131na al\u0131n\u0131r. \u0130nsanlar\u0131n b\u00fct\u00fcn yan\u0131lmalar\u0131 neden-sonu\u00e7 ili\u015fkilerini kar\u0131\u015ft\u0131rmaktan ileri gelir. Neden-sonu\u00e7 ili\u015fkilerini kar\u0131\u015ft\u0131rmamak i\u00e7in ger\u00e7ek, g\u00fczel, yarar ayr\u0131lmaz b\u00fct\u00fcn olu\u015fturur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>B-Ortado\u011fu\u2019da, su\u00e7lular, \u201cKabahat da gizli, ibadet de gizli!\u201d diyerek, eylemlerini gizler; \u201cKaderden ka\u00e7\u0131lmaz! Anl\u0131ma b\u00f6yle yaz\u0131lm\u0131\u015f!\u201d diyerek, su\u00e7lu ve g\u00fcnahk\u00e2r olarak, huzur i\u00e7inde ya\u015fam s\u00fcrerler.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vicdan azab\u0131, belleklerdeki bilgi birikimi ve bilgilerin t\u00fcr\u00fc ile ortaya \u00e7\u0131kar. \u00d6rne\u011fin, sava\u015f\u0131 kutsal kabul eden bir sava\u015f\u00e7\u0131, \u00f6ld\u00fcrd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc insanlar nedeniyle vicdan azab\u0131 \u00e7ekmez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u00fcsl\u00fcman toplumlarda kurallar olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in kurumlar ortaya \u00e7\u0131kmaz. Kurumlar olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan her dinsel lider bildi\u011fi kadar\u0131yla \u00f6te d\u00fcnyaya m\u00fcdahale eder. Ortado\u011fu\u2019da, ihtiya\u00e7, \u201c\u0130badet de, kabahat da gizli kals\u0131n!\u201d bi\u00e7iminde olur. Ger\u00e7eklerin a\u00e7\u0131\u011fa \u00e7\u0131kmas\u0131 ise tepkileri yarat\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1-Ortado\u011fu toplumlar\u0131nda d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnme eylemi g\u00fcnah, s\u00f6zc\u00fck tekrarlama dinsel kurald\u0131r. Bu nedenle, M\u00fcsl\u00fcman toplumlardan evrensel d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcr, evrensel y\u00f6netici, evrensel komutan, evrensel yarg\u0131\u00e7 olmaz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2-Ortado\u011fulu toplumlarda hi\u00e7bir su\u00e7lu ya da g\u00fcnahk\u00e2r eylemlerini dinsel liderlere a\u00e7\u0131klama gere\u011fini duymaz. Baz\u0131 dinsel liderler su\u00e7lular\u0131 \u00f6\u011frenir ve onlara t\u00f6vbe ettirir. \u00c7o\u011funluk dinsel liderler, su\u00e7lular\u0131 k\u0131sa s\u00fcrede a\u00e7\u0131klar ve kan davalar\u0131na zemin haz\u0131rlam\u0131\u015f olurlar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">***<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye Cumhuriyeti Bat\u0131l\u0131 \u00fclkelerden ayr\u0131nt\u0131l\u0131 yasalar\u0131 ve \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcl\u00fc kurumlar\u0131n\u0131 ithal ederek ulus-devlet olma yolunda ilerliyor. Ba\u015fta y\u00f6neticiler olmak \u00fczere \u00e7o\u011funlu\u011fun belleklerine \u00f6rf ve gelenek kurallar\u0131 egemendir. T\u00fcrkiye\u2019deki kurumlar\u0131n tepesine evrensel g\u00f6rev yapan y\u00f6neticilerin gelemeyi\u015fi bu \u00e7eli\u015fkidendir. \u00d6zg\u00fcr d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnme eylemi su\u00e7 kapsam\u0131na al\u0131n\u0131r. S\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnmeye izin verilir. \u00dclke sahibi ayr\u0131cal\u0131kl\u0131 y\u00f6neticiler, uygun g\u00f6rd\u00fckleri ger\u00e7ekleri toplumun bilmesini isterler. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla baz\u0131 ger\u00e7ekleri saklama, yok etme ulusal politikad\u0131r. \u00d6rne\u011fin, ulusal politika gere\u011fi, y\u00f6neticilerin yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 yasad\u0131\u015f\u0131 eylemlerden vicdan azab\u0131 \u00e7ekmeleri d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fclemez. Yasad\u0131\u015f\u0131 eylemleri vatan, millet, gelecek nesiller, laiklik ad\u0131na yaparlar. 6-7 Eyl\u00fcl, 1 May\u0131s 1977, binlerce faili belirsiz cinayet, sa\u011fa-sola bomba koyma eylemleri\u2026 Planlay\u0131c\u0131lar\u0131 ve eylemcileri vicdanen rahats\u0131z etmez. Bug\u00fcne kadar yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 insanl\u0131k d\u0131\u015f\u0131 eylemleri topluma a\u00e7\u0131klayan bir y\u00f6netici duydunuz mu?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Toplumda sahip varsa, Etki-Tepki Yasas\u0131 gere\u011fi, kul-kuyruklar olur. Ezber e\u011fitim \u00f6ndeki lideri taklit eden kul-kuyruklar yarat\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>B\u00fct\u00fcn olu\u015fumlar Evrim Yasas\u0131 gere\u011fi, s\u00fcre i\u00e7inde h\u00fccre h\u00fccre ortaya \u00e7\u0131kar. Her olu\u015fumun ortaya \u00e7\u0131kmas\u0131 i\u00e7in uygun ko\u015fullar\u0131n olmas\u0131 zorunludur. \u0130nsan harabelerinin ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 toplumlarda, evrensel insani de\u011ferlere uygun davran\u0131\u015flar beklenemez. Ve u\u00e7an ku\u015ftan bile haberleri olan Ergenekon Davas\u0131 san\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131n aslanlar gibi dik durmalar\u0131n\u0131, Diyarbak\u0131r Cezaevi ba\u015fta olmak \u00fczere F\u0131rat&#8217;\u0131n do\u011fusunda ve bat\u0131s\u0131nda yap\u0131lan i\u015fkenceleri, adam ka\u00e7\u0131rmalar\u0131, faili me\u00e7hulleri bir bir anlatmalar\u0131n\u0131 ve neden, ni\u00e7in yapt\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131klamalar\u0131n\u0131 bekliyoruz.
