Babas\u0131 Cuma \u00dcz\u00fclmez, annesi, Havva \u00dcz\u00fclmez\u2019dir. \u00c7ocuklu\u011fu Saray mahallesinde ge\u00e7er.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0130lkokulu \u0130nk\u0131l\u00e2p \u0130lkokulu\u2019nda, ortaokulu Ergani Ortaokulu\u2019nda, liseyi Ergani Lisesi\u2019nde okur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1971\u20131972 \u00f6\u011fretim y\u0131l\u0131nda <em>Ankara Anadolu Kimya M\u00fchendisli\u011fi Y\u00fcksek Okulu<\/em>\u2019nda y\u00fcksek \u00f6\u011frenime ba\u015flar. 1974 y\u0131l\u0131nda bir grup arkada\u015f\u0131yla birlikte 12 Mart sonras\u0131 Ankara\u2019daki ilk \u00f6\u011frenci derne\u011fi olan <em>ADMMA \u00d6\u011frenci Derne\u011fi<\/em>\u2019ni kurar. \u0130ki d\u00f6nem bu derne\u011fin y\u00f6netim kurulunda g\u00f6rev al\u0131r. Dernek faaliyetlerinden \u00f6t\u00fcr\u00fc bir s\u00fcre <em>Ankara Ulucanlar Cezaevi<\/em>\u2019nde tutuklu kal\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1972 y\u0131l\u0131nda \u00f6\u011frenciyken amcas\u0131n\u0131n k\u0131z\u0131 Sevgi Han\u0131m\u2019la s\u00f6zlenir, 1976 y\u0131l\u0131nda evlenir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Ankara Devlet M\u00fchendislik ve Mimarl\u0131k Akademisi Kimya M\u00fchendisli\u011fi B\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc<\/em>\u2019nden 1977 y\u0131l\u0131nda mezun olur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1969 y\u0131l\u0131ndan itibaren\u2018<em>Devrimci harekete\u2019 <\/em>ilgi duyar. \u201c\u0130nsanlar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n karn\u0131 tok, s\u0131rt\u0131 pek ve \u00f6zg\u00fcr olmalar\u0131n\u0131 isteme\u201d arzusu ile 1977 y\u0131l\u0131nda <em>T\u00fcrkiye Kom\u00fcnist Partisi<\/em>\u2019ne \u00fcye olur. Partinin ilk \u00fcyelerdendir. Devrimci Harekete ilgi duymas\u0131nda <em>T\u00fcrkiye Kom\u00fcnist Partisi Politb\u00fcro \u00dcyesi<\/em> Erganili \u015eeref Y\u0131ld\u0131z\u2019\u0131n etkisi b\u00fcy\u00fckt\u00fcr. Ergani ve Diyarbak\u0131r b\u00f6lgesinde TKP\u2019nin \u00f6rg\u00fctlenmesi \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131nda en aktif \u00fcyelerindendir.<sup>(2)<\/sup><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Diyarbak\u0131r Belediyesi<\/em>\u2019nde 9 Kas\u0131m 1977 tarihinde <em>Temizlik \u0130\u015fleri M<\/em>\u00fc<em>d\u00fcr\u2019\u00fc <\/em>olarak g\u00f6reve ba\u015flar. Mehdi Zana\u2019n\u0131n Belediye Ba\u015fkan\u0131 se\u00e7ilmesinde sonra \u201cMensubu bulundu\u011fu TKP ile Mehdi Zana\u2019n\u0131n taraftar\u0131 oldu\u011fu \u201c\u00d6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck Yolu\u201d siyaseti aras\u0131nda sorun ya\u015fanmamas\u0131 ve ili\u015fkilerinin gerginle\u015fmemesi i\u00e7in m\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fck g\u00f6revinden istifa\u201d eder.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Diyarbak\u0131r Tekel \u0130\u00e7ki Fabrikas\u0131<\/em>\u2019na 1978\u2019de kimya m\u00fchendisi olarak girer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bu arada \u0130STA Haber Ajans\u0131 ve g\u00fcnl\u00fck <em>Politika Gazetesi<\/em>\u2019ne haber ve yaz\u0131lar yazmaya ba\u015flar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1979 y\u0131l\u0131nda TKP\u2019nin istemi \u00fczerine <em>Tekel \u0130\u00e7ki Fabrikas\u0131<\/em>\u2019ndaki g\u00f6revinden ayr\u0131l\u0131r. <em>BAYSEN Sendikas\u0131 Do\u011fu ve G\u00fcneydo\u011fu B\u00f6lge Organizat\u00f6r\u00fc<\/em> olarak g\u00f6reve ba\u015flar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Askeri cuntan\u0131n 12 Eyl\u00fcl 1980\u2019de \u00fclke y\u00f6netimine el koymas\u0131yla, i\u015finden ayr\u0131lmak zorunda kal\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1981 y\u0131l\u0131nda k\u0131sa d\u00f6nem askerlik yapar. Askerlik d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fc 1981 y\u0131l\u0131nda b\u00f6lgede <em>TKP Operasyonlar\u0131<\/em> ba\u015flar. Yo\u011fun bask\u0131lar ve aramalardan \u00f6t\u00fcr\u00fc \u0130stanbul\u2019a ka\u00e7mak zorunda kal\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>7 Ekim 1982\u2019de \u0130stanbul\u2019da yakalan\u0131r. Yakalan\u0131\u015f s\u00fcrecini bir an\u0131s\u0131yla kendi kaleminden \u015f\u00f6yle anlatmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201c<em>Kaderin bir oyunu mu, bir cilvesi mi bilmiyorum!.. 1982\u2019de yakaland\u0131\u011f\u0131mda, Gayrettepe\u2019de emniyette siyasi \u015fubede g\u00f6zleri ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak bir\u2018su\u00e7lu\u2019 olarak inip \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131\u011f\u0131m merdivenlerden; 1995\u2019te, yine Gayrettepe\u2019de ayn\u0131 yerde \u015fof\u00f6rlere\u2018Ta\u015f\u0131t Kullan\u0131m Belgesi\u2019 verilmesi i\u00e7in d\u00fczenlenen kurslarda \u00c7evre Bilgisi dersi \u00f6\u011fretmeni olarak kurs verme\u011fe ba\u015flad\u0131m. Kald\u0131\u011f\u0131m h\u00fccreden g\u00f6zleri ba\u011fl\u0131 vaziyette, i\u015fkence ve sorgu odalar\u0131na g\u00f6t\u00fcr\u00fcl\u00fcp getirilirken inip-\u00e7\u0131kt\u0131\u011f\u0131m merdivenlerden, bu defa g\u00f6zleri ba\u011fl\u0131\u2018devlet d\u00fc\u015fman\u0131 bir san\u0131k\u2019 olarak de\u011fil; itibarl\u0131, bilgili, sayg\u0131 g\u00f6ren, devlet memuru bir kurs hocas\u0131 olarak inip-\u00e7\u0131kmaya ba\u015flad\u0131m. Ama bu her inip-\u00e7\u0131kt\u0131\u011f\u0131mda, elektrik verildi\u011finde duydu\u011fum \u00fcrpertiyi, her sopa yedi\u011fimde duydu\u011fum ac\u0131y\u0131 yeniden y\u00fcre\u011fimde duydum\u201d<sup>(3)<\/sup><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1982\u2019de <em>Diyarbak\u0131r 5 nolu Askeri Cezaevi<\/em>\u2019nde yatar. 1984 y\u0131l\u0131nda tahliye olur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u00fcsl\u00fcm \u00dcz\u00fclmez, y\u0131llar sonra Diyarbak\u0131r 5 nolu cezaevinin y\u0131k\u0131larak yerine okul yap\u0131lmas\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncesine kar\u015f\u0131n \u015fu \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131da bulunur:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Diyarbak\u0131r 5 Nolu Cezaevi \u201cAdalet ve \u00d6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck M\u00fczesi\u201d Olsun!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>1982-1984 y\u0131llar\u0131 aras\u0131nda Diyarbak\u0131r 5 Nolu Cezaevi\u2019nde tutuklu kald\u0131m. Tutuklu kald\u0131\u011f\u0131m s\u00fcre i\u00e7inde \u00e7ok a\u011f\u0131r bask\u0131 ve i\u015fkenceler g\u00f6rd\u00fcm. Tutuklu ve h\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fclere yap\u0131lan bask\u0131 ve i\u015fkencelere tan\u0131k oldum. Anlat\u0131lmas\u0131 \u00e7ok zor, i\u011fren\u00e7 \u015feyler duydum.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Burada bunlar\u0131 anlatacak de\u011filim, yeri ve zaman\u0131 de\u011fil.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Ancak, 22 A\u011fustos 2009 g\u00fcn\u00fc ak\u015fam\u0131 bir\u00e7ok televizyon kanal\u0131nda, haberlerde:\u201d\u2018A\u00e7\u0131l\u0131m\u2019 Kapatt\u0131\u201d, \u201cK\u00fcrt A\u00e7\u0131l\u0131m\u0131nda \u0130lk Ad\u0131m\u201d, \u201cDemokratik A\u00e7<\/em>\u0131<em>l\u0131mda Yeni Bir Sayfa A\u00e7\u0131l\u0131yor\u201d, \u201c\u00dcnl\u00fc Cezaevi Kapat\u0131l\u0131yor\u201d ana ba\u015fl\u0131klar\u0131 alt\u0131nda; H\u00fck\u00fcmetin 12 Eyl\u00fcl sonras\u0131 i\u015fkence merkezine d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015fen Diyarbak\u0131r 5 Nolu Cezaevi\u2019ni kapataca\u011f\u0131\u2026 5 Nolu Cezaevi\u2019nin Ergani-Diyarbak\u0131r karayolu \u00fczerinde kent d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda yeni yap\u0131lacak bir cezaevine ta\u015f\u0131naca\u011f<\/em>\u0131<em>n\u0131\u2026 \u0130\u015fkence merkezi olarak k\u00f6t\u00fc \u015f\u00f6hrete sahip mevcut Cezaevi\u2019nin y\u0131k\u0131larak yerine bir e\u011fitim kompleksi-bir ana okul, bir ilk\u00f6\u011fretim okulu, bir Anadolu lisesi, 2 spor tesisi-yap\u0131laca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 dinlerken biraz gerildim, ama daha \u00e7ok da d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnd\u00fcm.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Bu giri\u015fim iyi niyetli bir giri\u015fim olabilir, ama do\u011fru bir giri\u015fim de\u011fil!<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Ya\u015fanm\u0131\u015f ac\u0131 ve direni\u015flerin tarihsel mek\u00e2n\u0131n\u0131 y\u0131k\u0131p yerine e\u011fitim kompleksi yaparak, tarih belleklerden silinmek mi isteniyor acaba?<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>E\u011fer tarih belleklerden silinmek isteniyorsa \u00e7ok yanl\u0131\u015f yap\u0131l\u0131yor. Do\u011fru olan toplumlar\u0131n tarihleriyle, korkular\u0131yla, ac\u0131lar\u0131yla, utan\u00e7lar\u0131yla y\u00fczle\u015fmeleridir. E\u011fer bu y\u00fczle\u015fme ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmezse toplumsal g\u00fcven ve bar\u0131\u015f sa\u011flanamaz. Bireysel ve toplumsal huzur ve iyile\u015fme sa\u011flanamaz. \u201cDemokratik A\u00e7\u0131l\u0131m\u201dlar ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilemez: Gelece\u011fi yeniden in\u015fa edemeyiz.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Ge\u00e7mi\u015fte arzu etmedi\u011fimiz, istemedi\u011fimiz olaylar\u0131n tekrar vuku bulmamas\u0131 i\u00e7in bu y\u00fczle\u015fme ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmelidir; toplumsal adalet ve bar\u0131\u015f ancak b\u00f6yle sa\u011flan\u0131r.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Tarihsel mek\u00e2nlar, tarih\u00ee belgeler yok edildi\u011finde veya maskelendi\u011finde, karart\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda tarih de karart\u0131lm\u0131\u015f, maskelenmi\u015f olur. Tarihin karart\u0131lmas\u0131 ise kimsenin hayr\u0131na de\u011fildir.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Birilerinden intikam veya \u00f6\u00e7 almak i\u00e7in de\u011fil; toplumsal adalet ve bar\u0131\u015f\u0131n sa\u011flanmas\u0131, g\u00fcvenin olu\u015fmas\u0131 i\u00e7in, Diyarbak\u0131r 5 Nolu Cezaevi \u201cAdalet ve \u00d6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck M\u00fczesi\u201dne d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fclmelidir. Bu, K\u00fcrt ve T\u00fcrk halk\u0131n\u0131n hayr\u0131na olacak bir giri\u015fim olarak alg\u0131lanacakt\u0131r.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Diyarbak\u0131r 5 Nolu Cezaevinde yatanlar, Diyarbak\u0131r halk\u0131, demokrasi ve \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck yanl\u0131s\u0131 t\u00fcm namuslu insanlar: Gelin, Diyarbak\u0131r 5 Nolu Cezaevi\u2019nin y\u0131k\u0131larak yerine e\u011fitim kompleksi de\u011fil, cezaevinin mevcut yap\u0131s\u0131 korunarak buran\u0131n \u201cAdalet ve \u00d6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck M\u00fczesi\u201d olmas\u0131 i\u00e7in sesimizi y\u00fckseltelim!<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Biz sesimizi y\u00fckseltti\u011fimizde H\u00fck\u00fcmetin de sessiz kalmayaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyorum.<em><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u00fcsl\u00fcm \u00dcz\u00fclmez, cezaevinden tahliye olduktan sonra, \u0130stanbul B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediyesi\u2019nde 1990 y\u0131l\u0131nda i\u015fe ba\u015flayana kadar bir\u00e7ok kamu kurumunda ve \u00f6zel sekt\u00f6rde m\u00fchendis olarak \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Okuma ve yazmay\u0131 seven ger\u00e7ek bir ayd\u0131n olan M\u00fcsl\u00fcm \u00dcz\u00fclmez, Ergani \u00fczerine tarihe ge\u00e7ecek \u00e7ok ciddi kaynak eserler b\u0131rak\u0131r. Yaz\u0131n hayat\u0131n\u0131 ve yazma nedenini \u015f\u00f6yle anlatmaktad\u0131r: <em>\u201cDiyarbak\u0131r\u2019a olan vefa borcumu \u00f6demek, ya\u015fam\u0131n kirinden ar\u0131nma iste\u011fidir bu benim ki&#8230; <\/em>\u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc;<em> bir insan i\u00e7in erdemlerin en y\u00fccesi, borcunu \u00f6demek oldu\u011funa inan\u0131yorum.
