Sadece ben de\u011fil, asl\u0131nda Ergani\u2019de veya nerede olursa olsun, onu tan\u0131yan b\u00fct\u00fcn gen\u00e7ler ona Day\u0131 derdi. Ama benim Day\u0131 demem di\u011ferlerinden biraz daha farkl\u0131 ve anlaml\u0131yd\u0131. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc o, kendine \u00f6zg\u00fc biriydi, babam\u0131n en iyi arkada\u015f\u0131yd\u0131, dahas\u0131 akrabam\u0131zd\u0131. Kendisinin bana anlatt\u0131\u011f\u0131na g\u00f6re, <em>Cihanbeylili<\/em> tan\u0131mlamas\u0131 sonradan <em>Cenbekli<\/em>\u2019ye, daha sonra da <em>Cemekli<\/em>\u2019ye d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcp lakaplar\u0131 olmu\u015f. Bu nedenle, Ergani\u2019de b\u00fcy\u00fckl\u00fc-k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fckl\u00fc herkes ona \u201c<em>Cemekli Abbas<\/em>\u201d derdi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bah\u00e7ecilik, ba\u011fc\u0131l\u0131k, kahvecilik, Ergani Etibank \u0130\u015fletmesinde <em>Kesker <\/em>(\u00e7akmak ta\u015f\u0131) i\u015f\u00e7ili\u011fi yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u015flerden bir ka\u00e7\u0131d\u0131r. 1974\u2019te Ankara\u2019ya yerle\u015fti: Kahvelerde ocak\u00e7\u0131l\u0131k, seyyar k\u00f6ftecilik, \u00e7ay oca\u011f\u0131 i\u015fletmecili\u011fi yapt\u0131. Tutunamad\u0131, tekrar Ergani\u2019ye geri d\u00f6nd\u00fc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Day\u0131m\u0131n en \u00e7ok yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u015f kahveciliktir. Ergani\u2019de, Ankara\u2019da \u00e7ok uzun y\u0131llar kahvehanelerde ve \u00e7ay ocaklar\u0131nda \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Ankara\u2019da \u00e7ok \u00e7ay\u0131n\u0131 i\u00e7tim \u00f6\u011frencili\u011fim d\u00f6neminde. \u00c7aylar\u0131 her zaman \u015fahaneydi. Zaten Erganililer\u2019in dedi\u011fine g\u00f6re, Abbas Day\u0131 gibi \u00e7ay yapan biri daha de\u011fil Ergani\u2019ye, D\u00fcnya\u2019ya bile gelmemi\u015ftir. Birlikte i\u00e7er, birlikte ilahi okurlard\u0131, gazel \u00e7ekerlerdi. Her daim gen\u00e7 kalmas\u0131n\u0131, dolu dolu ya\u015famas\u0131n\u0131 bilenlerdendi. Her ne kadar duygular\u0131na h\u00e2kim olamay\u0131p zaman zaman g\u00f6zya\u015flar\u0131 yanaklar\u0131n\u0131 \u0131slatsa da, benim bildi\u011fim kadar\u0131yla ya\u015fama hep iyimser bakt\u0131. Gen\u00e7lerle gen\u00e7 olurken, ayn\u0131 zamanda gen\u00e7li\u011fin ya\u015fama zevkini de ya\u015fl\u0131lara ta\u015f\u0131yan oldu. Genellikle ilah\u00ee a\u015fk, tasavvuf ve \u201c<em>\u00e7ok ince<\/em>\u201d derun\u00ee konular konu\u015fulurdu. Konu\u015fmalarda hep ilim ve irfan ba\u015f tac\u0131 edilirdi. Sadece kendi \u015fiirlerini de\u011fil, Nesim\u00ee\u2019nin, Yunus\u2019un, Mevl\u00e2na\u2019n\u0131n, Leyl\u00e2\u2019n\u0131n, Mela Ahmed\u00ea Ciz\u00eer\u00ee\u2019nin&#8230; sevdi\u011fi b\u00fct\u00fcn \u015fairlerin \u015fiirini T\u00fcrk\u00e7e, Fars\u00e7a, K\u00fcrt\u00e7e, nas\u0131l yaz\u0131lm\u0131\u015flarsa \u00f6ylece beyinde kayda al\u0131rd\u0131.
