Dr. Refiye \u015eenesen yapm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tez, yo\u011fun bir emek \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fc, kapsaml\u0131, 351 sayfa. \u0130\u00e7indeki konulara teke tek ele al\u0131p incelemek yaz\u0131m\u0131 uzataca\u011f\u0131ndan \u00f6t\u00fcr\u00fc sadece tezin genel \u00e7er\u00e7evesini sunup, sonra da ara\u015ft\u0131rman\u0131n geneline dair d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncemi belirtmek istiyorum. Tezde genel olarak Diyarbak\u0131r \u0130li Ergani \u0130l\u00e7esi Halk K\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131nda, ge\u00e7i\u015f d\u00f6nemlerinden olan do\u011fum, s\u00fcnnet, askerlik, evlenme, \u00f6l\u00fcm adetleri ve bunlar\u0131n etraf\u0131nda olu\u015fan inan\u0131\u015flar, bayram t\u00f6ren ve kutlamalar\u0131, halk inan\u0131\u015flar\u0131, halk mutfa\u011f\u0131, halk hekimli\u011fi ve anonim halk edebiyat\u0131 \u00fcr\u00fcnleri incelenmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>G\u00f6zen Ak\u00e7a yazd\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00d6ns\u00f6z&#8217;de Teziyle ilgili \u015fu bilgileri vermektedir:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Toplumlar k\u00fclt\u00fcrlerini, inan\u00e7 sistemlerini, \u00f6rf ve adetlerini ge\u00e7mi\u015f ku\u015faklardan devralarak, ortak yaratt\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 ve ortak davran\u0131\u015flar\u0131n\u0131n \u00fcr\u00fcnlerini de ekleyerek gelecek ku\u015faklara aktar\u0131r. K\u00fclt\u00fcr, bir toplumun toplum olmas\u0131nda ve uzun seneler ayakta kalmas\u0131nda en etkili ve kal\u0131c\u0131 ara\u00e7lar\u0131n b\u00fct\u00fcn\u00fcd\u00fcr. Bir ya\u015fama bi\u00e7imi olan k\u00fclt\u00fcr, toplumlar aras\u0131 farkl\u0131l\u0131klar g\u00f6sterir. Bu farkl\u0131l\u0131klar her milletin kendi inan\u00e7, sosyoekonomik anlay\u0131\u015f, estetik, gelenek ve de\u011ferlendirmelerine g\u00f6re de\u011fi\u015fen; ancak t\u00fcm toplumlarda itibar\u0131n\u0131 ve yerini korumay\u0131 ama\u00e7 edinen halk k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc olu\u015fturmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Halk k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc, t\u00fcm b\u00f6lge ve \u00fclkelerde insano\u011flunun ge\u00e7mi\u015f ve gelece\u011fi aras\u0131nda bir k\u00f6pr\u00fc konumundad\u0131r. Halk k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc \u00fcr\u00fcnleri, T\u00fcrk toplumu bireylerinin sahip oldu\u011fu inan\u00e7lar\u0131, davran\u0131\u015f bi\u00e7imlerini ve de\u011ferlerini ta\u015f\u0131yan milli k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn yans\u0131malar\u0131d\u0131r. (\u2026)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c7al\u0131\u015fmam\u0131zda, Ergani \u0130l\u00e7esi&#8217;nde ya\u015fayan unsurlar\u0131, bire bir kay\u0131t alt\u0131na al\u0131p yaz\u0131ya ge\u00e7irerek yok olmas\u0131n\u0131 engellemeyi ve gelecek ku\u015faklara bu zengin birikimi aktarmay\u0131 ama\u00e7lad\u0131k. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fmam\u0131z\u0131 yaparken yaz\u0131l\u0131 ve s\u00f6zl\u00fc kaynaklardan bilgiler edinmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131k. Y\u00f6re k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc hakk\u0131nda do\u011fru tespitlerde bulunmak ad\u0131na kaynak ki\u015fi say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 fazla tutmaya dikkat ettik. Bu sebeple, T\u00fcrk k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcne bu a\u00e7\u0131dan bir katk\u0131 sa\u011flayaca\u011f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyoruz.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ara\u015ft\u0131rman\u0131n amac\u0131 hakk\u0131nda ise \u015funlar\u0131 yazmaktad\u0131r:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;\u00c7al\u0131\u015fmam\u0131zda zengin bir halk k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcne sahip olan Ergani \u0130l\u00e7esi&#8217;ni adetler, t\u00f6renler, halk k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc \u00fcr\u00fcnleri a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan inceledikten sonra elde edilen \u00fcr\u00fcnleri derleyip yaz\u0131ya ge\u00e7irdik. Bu yolla Ergani&#8217;nin \u00f6nce G\u00fcneydo\u011fu k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcndeki sonra da Anadolu k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcndeki yerinin belirlenmesine katk\u0131 sa\u011flayarak bu k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn, gelecek ku\u015faklara aktar\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131, unutulmamas\u0131n\u0131 ve daha sonra bu alanla ilgili \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma yapmay\u0131 ama\u00e7layan ara\u015ft\u0131rmalara faydal\u0131 olmas\u0131n\u0131 ama\u00e7lad\u0131k.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0130zlenen &#8220;Y\u00f6ntem&#8221;le ilgili de \u015funlar yaz\u0131lmaktad\u0131r:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;\u00c7al\u0131\u015fmam\u0131zda genel olarak halk k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc \u00fcr\u00fcnleri ile ilgili kullan\u0131lan alan ara\u015ft\u0131rmas\u0131, \u00f6rnek olay ve yaz\u0131l\u0131 kaynaklardan yararlanma y\u00f6ntemlerini kulland\u0131k. G\u00f6zlem, g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fme, anket, k\u0131lavuz ve \u00e7ok say\u0131da kaynak ki\u015fiden yararlanma y\u00f6ntemi ile Ergani halk k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcne ve anonim halk k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc \u00fcr\u00fcnlerine ula\u015fmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131k. (\u2026)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kaynak ki\u015fileri belirlerken y\u00f6renin k\u00fclt\u00fcrel de\u011ferlerini iyi bilen ve b\u00f6lgeyi iyi tan\u0131yan k\u0131lavuz ki\u015filerden yararland\u0131k. Derleme \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmam\u0131zda do\u011fru bilgiye ula\u015fmak i\u00e7in k\u00f6y\u00fcnden hi\u00e7 ayr\u0131lmam\u0131\u015f veya k\u0131sa s\u00fcreli ayr\u0131lm\u0131\u015f, ya\u015fl\u0131, \u00f6\u011frenim g\u00f6rmemi\u015f ya da \u00f6\u011frenimi d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck olan ki\u015filerden yararlanmay\u0131 ama\u00e7lad\u0131k.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Derleme esnas\u0131nda y\u00f6re halk\u0131, halk k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc \u00fcr\u00fcnlerini bize kendi diliyle aktard\u0131. Metinlerin T\u00fcrkiye T\u00fcrk\u00e7esi&#8217;ne aktar\u0131m\u0131nda ise T\u00fcrk\u00e7e&#8217;yi iyi bilen y\u00f6re halk\u0131ndan yard\u0131m ald\u0131k.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ara\u015ft\u0131rma Alan\u0131 \u0130le \u0130lgili Genel Bilgiler verilirken de: &#8220;Bu b\u00f6l\u00fcmde verilen bilgiler, Ergani Kaymakaml\u0131\u011f\u0131 ar\u015fivinde yer alan bir rapordan al\u0131nm\u0131\u015f olup, \u00f6nceden Ergani ile ilgili \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma yapan M\u00fcsl\u00fcm \u00dcz\u00fclmez&#8217;in, \u015eevket Beysano\u011flu&#8217;nun kitaplar\u0131ndan ve T\u00fcrk Ansiklopedisi&#8217;nin Ergani Maddesi&#8217;nden yararlan\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r&#8221; diye yaz\u0131lmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tezle ilgili aktaracaklar\u0131m k\u0131saca bunlar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Tezin\/ara\u015ft\u0131rman\u0131n b\u00fct\u00fcn\u00fcne ili\u015fkin d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnceme gelince:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1. Tezin hemen giri\u015finde &#8220;Ergani y\u00f6resi, co\u011frafi yap\u0131s\u0131na ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak Diyarbak\u0131r&#8217;dan uzak kalm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu nedenle, y\u00f6re halk\u0131n\u0131n Diyarbak\u0131r ile etkile\u015fimi zay\u0131f oldu\u011fundan ge\u00e7mi\u015ften getirilen T\u00fcrk k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn eski adet ve inan\u0131\u015flar\u0131n\u0131n g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczdeki bi\u00e7imleri ve bunlara ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak uygulanan pratikleri bu y\u00f6rede kendini b\u00fcy\u00fck oranda korumu\u015ftur&#8221; (s.1) denilmektedir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bu sav do\u011fru de\u011fildir. Ortada bir kas\u0131t yoksa e\u011fer, k\u00f6r\u00fc k\u00f6r\u00fcne &#8220;ak\u0131l hocalar\u0131&#8221;n\u0131n s\u00f6z\u00fcne uyma s\u00f6z konusudur burada. De\u011fi\u015fmeme kapal\u0131 toplumlar veya mek\u00e2nlarda ya\u015fayanlar i\u00e7in ge\u00e7erli bir olgudur. Ergani her zaman d\u0131\u015f etkilere a\u00e7\u0131kt\u0131r. Diyarbak\u0131r-Elaz\u0131\u011f karayolu ve demiryolu \u00fczerinde yer alan merkezi bir yerle\u015fim yeridir. Ayr\u0131ca ula\u015f\u0131m a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan Maden, Dicle, \u00c7\u00fcng\u00fc\u015f ve \u00c7ermik&#8217;in tam orta yerinde bulunmaktad\u0131r. Bu il\u00e7elerden Diyarbak\u0131r ve Elaz\u0131\u011f&#8217;a gitmek isteyenler mutlaka Ergani&#8217;den ge\u00e7mek, mal ve \u00fcr\u00fcnlerini Ergani \u00fczerinden ba\u015fka il ve il\u00e7elere ula\u015ft\u0131rmak\/pazarlamak zorundad\u0131r. Dahas\u0131 bak\u0131r madeni y\u00fcz\u00fcnden Ergani Osmanl\u0131lar zaman\u0131nda bile &#8220;Diyarbak\u0131r&#8217;a uzak&#8221; hi\u00e7 kalmam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r; Ergani Sanca\u011f\u0131 ve daha sonradan Erganimaden Sanca\u011f\u0131 olarak bak\u0131rdan gelecek ak\u00e7eler y\u00fcz\u00fcnden hem Osmanl\u0131lar\u0131n ve hem de &#8220;Ey\u00e2let-i Diyarbekir&#8221;\u0131n hep g\u00f6z\u00fc \u00fcst\u00fcnde olmu\u015f ve hi\u00e7 &#8220;ba\u015f\u0131bo\u015f&#8221; b\u0131rak\u0131lmam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r, yani &#8220;s\u0131k\u0131&#8221; g\u00f6zetim ve ili\u015fkiyle hep ilgiye &#8220;mazhar&#8221; olmu\u015ftur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. &#8220;Kaynak ki\u015fileri belirlerken y\u00f6renin k\u00fclt\u00fcrel de\u011ferlerini iyi bilen ve b\u00f6lgeyi iyi tan\u0131yan k\u0131lavuz ki\u015filerden yararland\u0131k. Metinlerin T\u00fcrkiye T\u00fcrk\u00e7esi&#8217;ne aktar\u0131m\u0131nda ise T\u00fcrk\u00e7e&#8217;yi iyi bilen y\u00f6re halk\u0131ndan yard\u0131m ald\u0131k&#8221; (s.2\u20133) diye yaz\u0131lmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ad\u0131 konulmadan burada K\u00fcrtlerden s\u00f6z edilmektedir. K\u00fcrt\u00e7eden s\u00f6z edilmese de, &#8220;halk k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc \u00fcr\u00fcnlerini bize kendi diliyle&#8221;, yani K\u00fcrt\u00e7e aktard\u0131lar; &#8220;T\u00fcrk\u00e7e&#8217;yi iyi bilen&#8221;ler de &#8220;T\u00fcrkiye T\u00fcrk\u00e7esi&#8217;ne aktar\u0131m\u0131nda&#8221; bulundular, yani \u00e7evrileri yapt\u0131lar demek istenmektedir. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fman\u0131n en yaman \u00e7eli\u015fkisi tam da burada; \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmay\u0131, yan\u0131 &#8220;Y\u00fcksek Lisans Tezi&#8221;ni okurken sayfalara serpi\u015ftirilmi\u015f olarak &#8220;\u00f6nce T\u00fcrk halk k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcndeki yeri&#8221;, &#8220;eski T\u00fcrk k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc&#8221;, &#8220;T\u00fcrk halk k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcndeki&#8221;, &#8220;T\u00fcrk toplumu bireylerinin sahip oldu\u011fu inan\u00e7lar\u0131&#8221;, &#8220;T\u00fcrk k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcne bu a\u00e7\u0131dan bir katk\u0131 sa\u011flayaca\u011f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyoruz&#8221; gibi tan\u0131mlamalar\u0131 bolca g\u00f6rmekteyiz. Ara\u015ft\u0131rman\u0131n kapsam ve s\u0131n\u0131rlar a\u00e7\u0131klan\u0131rken de; &#8220;Ara\u015ft\u0131rma alan\u0131m\u0131z Ergani merkez, merkez mahalleleri ve \u00e7evre k\u00f6ylerle s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131d\u0131r. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fmam\u0131zda, \u00f6rneklem amac\u0131yla toplam on d\u00f6rt k\u00f6y ve \u00fc\u00e7 mahallede derleme yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r&#8221; denilmektedir. Tezin sonunda ise (s.336-337), &#8220;Kaynak Ki\u015filer&#8221;in isimleri, do\u011fum tarihleri, e\u011fitim durumlar\u0131, k\u00f6yden veya il\u00e7e merkezinden olu\u015flar\u0131 ve g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fme tarihleri s\u0131ralanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu listeye g\u00f6re toplam 144 ki\u015fiyle g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fclm\u00fc\u015f. Bunlar\u0131n sadece 17&#8217;si il\u00e7e merkezinden (ki, bunlar\u0131nda etnik k\u00f6keni belli de\u011fil), geriye kalan 127 ki\u015fi ise k\u00f6yl\u00fclerden se\u00e7ilmi\u015ftir. Yanl\u0131\u015f hesaplamad\u0131msa, g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fclen ki\u015filerin 45&#8217;i Ahmetli&#8217;den, 4&#8217;\u00fc Yukar\u0131 Gedicik&#8217;ten, 4&#8217;\u00fc \u015e\u00f6len \u00c7\u00f6mert&#8217;ten, 8&#8217;i Han\u00e7erli&#8217;den, 6&#8217;s\u0131 Tevekli&#8217;den, 4&#8217;\u00fc Sall\u0131ca&#8217;dan, 10&#8217;u Ye\u015filk\u00f6y&#8217;den, 4&#8217;\u00fc Yukar\u0131 Karpuzlu&#8217;dan, 17&#8217;si Yukar\u0131 Kuyulu&#8217;dan, 12&#8217;si Morkoyun&#8217;dan, 3&#8217;\u00fc A\u015fa\u011f\u0131 Gedicik&#8217;ten, 6&#8217;s\u0131 \u00dcz\u00fcml\u00fc&#8217;den, 5&#8217;i Ho\u015fan&#8217;dan, 1&#8217;i \u00c7ay\u0131rdere&#8217;den.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Benim bildi\u011fim Ergani&#8217;nin hi\u00e7bir k\u00f6y\u00fcnde T\u00fcrk\/T\u00fcrkmen yoktur. Muhacir -A\u015fa\u011f\u0131 Balahur (Ortayaz\u0131) k\u00f6y\u00fc hari\u00e7 t\u00fcm k\u00f6ylerde K\u00fcrtler ya\u015famaktad\u0131r. K\u00fcrtlerin ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 yerlerde k\u00fclt\u00fcrle ilgili ara\u015ft\u0131rma yap\u0131p, bunu T\u00fcrk k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcne ba\u011flamak do\u011fru de\u011fil ve bilimsel eti\u011fe de s\u0131\u011fmaz. K\u00fcrt K\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn T\u00fcrk K\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc olarak sunulmu\u015f olmas\u0131 yo\u011fun bir emek \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fc olan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fman\u0131n inand\u0131r\u0131c\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131na g\u00f6lge d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr\u00fcyor. B\u00f6ylesi bir tutumun ne K\u00fcrtlere, ne T\u00fcrklere ve ne de T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;ye bir faydas\u0131 vard\u0131r. Bir etnik gruba ait k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc, bir ba\u015fka etnik grup sahiplenerek k\u00fclt\u00fcrel olarak zenginle\u015femez. Etnik gruplar\u0131n ad\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131k konuldu\u011funda ve o haliyle kabul edildi\u011finde k\u00fclt\u00fcrler bir birini besler ve daha \u00e7ok zenginle\u015firler.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tabi burada ara\u015ft\u0131rmay\u0131 yapan \u00d6zgen Ak\u00e7a&#8217;y\u0131 da anlamal\u0131y\u0131z. Haz\u0131rlad\u0131\u011f\u0131 &#8220;<strong>Y\u00fcksek Lisans Tezi<\/strong>&#8220;nin \u00dcniversitece kabul edilmesi i\u00e7in, \u00f6n ko\u015ful olarak &#8220;egemen d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce&#8221;nin s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131n\u0131n d\u0131\u015f\u0131na \u00e7\u0131k\u0131lmamas\u0131 gerekti\u011fi d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncesinden hareketle b\u00f6yle bir tutum sergilemi\u015f olabilir diye d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyorum.
