Do\u011fal kaynaklar\u0131 a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 ve yanl\u0131\u015f kullanmam\u0131z sonucunda; \u00e7evre bozulmakta, tahrip olmakta bu nedenle do\u011fan\u0131n temel unsurlar\u0131 olan hava, su ve topra\u011f\u0131n yap\u0131s\u0131 bozulmaktad\u0131r. Bu durumdan insanlar dahil, t\u00fcm canl\u0131 varl\u0131klar olumuz y\u00f6nde etkilenmektedir. Bu olumsuz etkilenmeden ortaya \u00e7\u0131kan \u00e7evre sorunlar\u0131na \u00e7evre kirlili\u011fi deniliyor. K\u0131saca \u00e7evre kirlili\u011fi \u00e7evrede olmas\u0131n\u0131 istemedi\u011fimiz unsurlar\u0131n toplam\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bunlar\u0131n ba\u015fl\u0131calar\u0131;<br>-Hava kirlili\u011fi,<br>-Su kirlili\u011fi,<br>-Toprak kirlili\u011fi,<br>-G\u00fcr\u00fclt\u00fc kirlili\u011fi,<br>olarak s\u0131ralanabilir. Bu kirliliklerden do\u011falgazla do\u011frudan ilgili olan hava kirlili\u011fidir. Hava kirleten kaynaklar\u0131 iki grupta toplayabiliriz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1) Do\u011fal Kaynaklar:<br>-Volkan faaliyetleri,<br>-Orman yang\u0131nlar\u0131,<br>-A\u00e7\u0131k arazideki hayvan ve bitki \u00f6rt\u00fclerinin bozulmas\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2) Yapay Kaynaklar:<br>\u0130nsanlar\u0131n faaliyetleri sonucu olu\u015fan kaynaklard\u0131r. Bu kaynaklar;<br>-Is\u0131tma amac\u0131yla konutlarda yak\u0131t kullan\u0131m\u0131 (kat\u0131 ,s\u0131v\u0131,gaz yak\u0131t gibi),<br>-Sanayi faaliyetleri,<br>-Ula\u015f\u0131mda motorlu ta\u015f\u0131tlar\u0131n kullan\u0131m\u0131, \u015feklinde s\u0131ralanabilir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Yanma ile yak\u0131t i\u00e7inde bulunan k\u00fck\u00fcrt, (SO2, SO3)k\u00fck\u00fcrtoksiltlere; karbon ise, CO ve CO2 gaz\u0131na d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr. Bunlar\u0131n yan\u0131nda ortaya \u00e7\u0131kan is, kurum, k\u00fcl insan ve \u00e7evre sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 olumsuz etkilemektedir. Bu zarar, k\u0131\u015f\u0131n r\u00fczgar\u0131n hafif ve nemli oldu\u011fu g\u00fcnlerde daha \u00e7ok artmaktad\u0131r. Yak\u0131t, yand\u0131\u011f\u0131nda \u0131s\u0131 ve \u0131\u015f\u0131k veren maddelerde deniliyor.<br>-Kat\u0131 yak\u0131tlar (odun, odun k\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fc, ta\u015fk\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fc, linyit, kok\u2026)<br>-S\u0131v\u0131 yak\u0131tlar (gazya\u011f\u0131, motorin, fuel-oil\u2026)<br>-Gaz yak\u0131tlar (hava gaz\u0131, biogaz, s\u0131v\u0131la\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f petrol gaz\u0131-LPG ve Do\u011falgaz vs.) olmak \u00fczere \u00fc\u00e7 grupta toplan\u0131rlar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Neden Do\u011falgaz?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Do\u011falgaz, renksiz, kokusuz, havadan hafif ve ba\u015f\u0131ca metan, etan, propan, azot\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0130htiva eden yan\u0131c\u0131 bir gaz kar\u0131\u015f\u0131m\u0131d\u0131r. Temiz bir yak\u0131t olup, kolay yanar ve parlar. Tam yanmas\u0131 mavi bir alevle olur. Sistemde gaz ka\u00e7a\u011f\u0131n\u0131 kontrol etmek i\u00e7in koku (\u00e7\u00fcr\u00fck sarm\u0131sak kokusu gibi) sonradan ilave edilmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Do\u011falgaz \u00e7ok d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck s\u0131cakl\u0131kta (-160 C) atmosferlik bas\u0131n\u00e7ta &#8220;S\u0131v\u0131la\u015f\u0131r&#8221; ve bu s\u0131cakl\u0131\u011f\u0131 korumak kayd\u0131 ile bas\u0131n\u00e7s\u0131z kaplarda, tanklarda s\u0131v\u0131 olarak depolanabilir. Neden do\u011falgaza gelince;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1) Do\u011falgaz di\u011fer yak\u0131t t\u00fcrlerine g\u00f6re daha temiz bir yak\u0131tt\u0131r. \u0130\u00e7eririnde k\u00fck\u00fcrt ve organik k\u00fck\u00fcrt bile\u015fikleri yok denecek kadar azd\u0131r. B\u00f6ylece yanma sonucunda k\u00fck\u00fcrtl\u00fc gazlar\u0131n atmosferi kirletmesi s\u00f6z konusu de\u011fildir. Do\u011falgaz yand\u0131\u011f\u0131nda k\u00fcl b\u0131rakmaz, \u00e7\u00f6p da\u011flar\u0131nda sorun yaratmaz. K\u0131saca, petrol \u00fcr\u00fcnleri<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>ve k\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fcn tersine kullan\u0131m\u0131 \u00e7evre kirlili\u011fine \u00e7ok az etki eder.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2) Do\u011falgaz kolay ve verimli yanan bir gazd\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3) Do\u011falgazla hassas \u0131s\u0131 ayar\u0131 yapmak olanakl\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4) End\u00fcstriyel uygulamalarda do\u011falgaz\u0131n kullan\u0131m\u0131 sadece enerji tasarrufu sa\u011flamakla kalmaz, verimlili\u011fi de art\u0131r\u0131r, \u00fcr\u00fcn kalitesini y\u00fckseltir, i\u015fletme ve bak\u0131m giderlerini en aza indirir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5) Do\u011falgaz di\u011fer yakacaklarda oldu\u011fu gibi depolama ve yak\u0131t haz\u0131rlama (k\u0131rma, \u00f6n \u0131s\u0131tma v.b.)i\u015flemleri gerektirmez. Da\u011f\u0131tma \u015febekesinden al\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131 bi\u00e7imiyle yak\u0131c\u0131 sistemlerde kullan\u0131l\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>6) Do\u011falgaz ile \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan cihazlar\u0131n otomatik kontrol\u00fc kolayd\u0131r. Emniyetli bir kontrol kumanda sistemi kurmak olas\u0131d\u0131r. Vs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bu \u00fcst\u00fcnl\u00fcklerden dolay\u0131 do\u011falgaz kullan\u0131m\u0131 d\u00fcnyada h\u0131zla artmaktad\u0131r, her ge\u00e7en g\u00fcn daha fazla tercih edilmektedir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye de do\u011falgaz kaynaklar\u0131 var m\u0131? Varsa rezervi nedir?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u00fcnya Enerji Konferans\u0131na T\u00fcrk Mili Komitesi&#8217;nin sundu\u011fu Enerji Raporu&#8217;na g\u00f6re (Ankara Eyl\u00fcl 1985);<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Do\u011falgaz bak\u0131m\u0131ndan \u00fclkemiz hi\u00e7te zengin de\u011fildir. Buna kar\u015f\u0131n kaynak varl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 art\u0131r\u0131c\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar ile do\u011falgaz arama \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclmektedir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00dclkemizde do\u011falgaz, Hamitabat-Kumrular, Dodan, \u00c7amurlu, Jura, M\u00fcrefte, Ortak\u00f6y, \u015eark\u00f6y sahalar\u0131nda bulunmakta olup, halen 21milyar m<sup>3<\/sup> g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcr, 55 milyar m<sup>3<\/sup> toplam rezerv tespiti yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. TPAO taraf\u0131ndan Hamitabat sahas\u0131nda yap\u0131lan son \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar ile bu sahadan 2.5 milyon m<sup>3<\/sup>\/g\u00fcn gaz \u00fcretiminin ba\u015flat\u0131labilece\u011fi tespit edilmi\u015ftir. 1984 y\u0131l\u0131nda do\u011falgaz \u00fcretimi 40 milyon m<sup>3<\/sup> seviyesine kadar \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c7evre a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131nda do\u011falgaz\u0131n etkileri, yaralar\u0131 ve zarlar\u0131:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Do\u011falgaz\u0131n 9 \u015eubat 1990 tarih ve 20428 say\u0131l\u0131 Resmi Gazete de yay\u0131mlanan &#8220;Do\u011falgaz\u0131n Kulan\u0131m Hakk\u0131nda Kanun H\u00fckm\u00fcnde Kararname&#8221; ile g\u00fcnl\u00fck ya\u015fant\u0131m\u0131za girmi\u015f biri olan &#8220;\u0130stanbul Do\u011falgaz Profesi&#8221;nin y\u00fcklenmi\u015f bulunmaktad\u0131r. Bu konuda Belediyeye ba\u011fl\u0131 bir kurulu\u015f olan \u0130stanbul Do\u011fal Da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m A.\u015e (\u0130GDA\u015e) yetkilidir. Ankara&#8217;da benzer kurulu\u015f EGO&#8217;dur. BOTA\u015e ise do\u011fal gaz\u0131n ithali, yurtta sat\u0131\u015f ve da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m\u0131ndan sorumlu tek kurulu\u015ftur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Do\u011falgaz kullan\u0131m\u0131nda \u0130GDA\u015e Uygulama Kurallar\u0131, \u0130\u015f\u00e7i Sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve \u0130\u015f G\u00fcvenli\u011fi T\u00fcz\u00fc\u011f\u00fc ve TSE 7363 Do\u011falgaz Bina, \u0130\u00e7 Tesisat, Projelendirme ve Uygulama Kurallar\u0131, vs&#8230; esas al\u0131nmal\u0131d\u0131r. Neden do\u011falgaz b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcnde, do\u011falgaz\u0131n petrol \u00fcr\u00fcnleri ve k\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fcn tersine daha temiz bir yak\u0131t oldu\u011funu ve \u00e7evre kirlili\u011fine \u00e7ok az etki etti\u011fini belirtmi\u015ftik. Do\u011falgaz \u00e7evre dostu bir yak\u0131tt\u0131r diyebiliriz. Yap\u0131lan bir incelemede konut baz\u0131nda, yak\u0131t t\u00fcketiminin neden oldu\u011fu kirletici miktarlar\u0131 Tabloda g\u00f6sterilmi\u015ftir. (Tablo geni\u015f yer tuttu\u011fu i\u00e7in buraya al\u0131nmam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>K\u00f6m\u00fcrl\u00fc kalorifer yand\u0131\u011f\u0131 zaman 48 kg SO<sub>2<\/sub>, s\u0131v\u0131 yak\u0131tl\u0131 kalorifer yand\u0131\u011f\u0131 zaman 60 kg SO<sub>2 <\/sub>g\u00f6r\u00fclmektedir. Do\u011falgazda ise SO<sub>2<\/sub> g\u00f6r\u00fclmemektedir. CO i\u00e7in ise k\u00f6m\u00fcrl\u00fcde 42 kg, s\u0131v\u0131 yak\u0131tl\u0131da 20 kg kirletici g\u00f6r\u00fclmektedir. NO<sub>X<\/sub> k\u00f6m\u00fcrl\u00fcde 28 kg, s\u0131v\u0131 yak\u0131tl\u0131da 24 kg, do\u011falgazl\u0131 kalorifer tesisinde ise 10 kg dir. Bu tablodan da g\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fc gibi do\u011falgaz\u0131n kirletici emisyonlar\u0131 di\u011fer yak\u0131tlara oranla \u00e7ok \u00e7ok azd\u0131r. Bu \u00f6zelli\u011finden dolay\u0131 \u0130stanbul&#8217;da hava kirlili\u011fini azaltmak i\u00e7in, 20.1.1993 tarihinde toplanan \u0130stanbul \u0130li mahalli \u00c7evre Kurulu: &#8220;Halen d\u00f6\u015fenen \u015febeke 1.2 milyar m<sup>3<\/sup> do\u011falgaz da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m\u0131 yapabilecek kapasitededir. Bu nedenle y\u0131lda 800 milyon m<sup>3<\/sup> olan \u0130stanbul do\u011falgaz istihkak\u0131n\u0131n art\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 i\u00e7in \u00fcst makamlar nezdinde giri\u015fimde bulunmas\u0131na, do\u011falgaz\u0131n \u00f6zendirilmesi ve yayg\u0131nla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 i\u00e7in gerekli \u00f6nlemlerin al\u0131nmas\u0131na&#8221; karar verilmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Do\u011falgaz\u0131n, gaz faz\u0131nda bir enerji kayna\u011f\u0131 olu\u015fu nedeniyle gerek ta\u015f\u0131nmas\u0131, gerekse kullan\u0131m\u0131 s\u0131ras\u0131nda meydana gelebilecek kaza risklerinin azalt\u0131lmas\u0131 i\u00e7in ta\u015f\u0131ma, i\u015fletme, bak\u0131m, onar\u0131m ve kullanma standartlara uyulmas\u0131 durumunda ta\u015f\u0131ma, i\u015fletme ve kullanma y\u00f6n\u00fcnden \u00e7evresel etkileri en az d\u00fczeyde olmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Do\u011falgaza ili\u015fkin d\u00fcnyada geli\u015ftirilen teknolojilerin bir b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc enerji tasarrufu, azot oksit emisyonlar\u0131, ta\u015f\u0131ma kolayl\u0131k ve emniyeti ile do\u011falgaz\u0131n ta\u015f\u0131tlarda kullan\u0131m\u0131 ile ilgili olup, bu teknolojilerin yak\u0131ndan takibi ve \u00fclkemizde de kullan\u0131labilirli\u011finin et\u00fcd\u00fc gerekmektedir. (\u00d6rne\u011fin \u0130stanbul&#8217;da ve Ankara&#8217;da belediye otob\u00fcslerinin do\u011falgazla \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 ara\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmaktad\u0131r.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Do\u011falgaz\u0131n yak\u0131lmas\u0131 esnas\u0131nda NO<sub>X<\/sub> olu\u015fumu yanma s\u0131cakl\u0131\u011f\u0131na, yakma h\u00fccresinin tasar\u0131m\u0131na ve yanma havas\u0131 miktar\u0131na ba\u011fl\u0131d\u0131r. Yanma h\u00fccresi b\u00fcy\u00fcd\u00fck\u00e7e ve yanma s\u0131cakl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 y\u00fckseldik\u00e7e NO<sub>X<\/sub> emisyonlar\u0131 \u00e7evreyi etkilemektedir. Ancak, bu durum yine de di\u011fer yak\u0131tlara nazaran daha az olmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Do\u011falgaz\u0131n \u015fimdiye kadar s\u0131ralad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z \u00fcst\u00fcn yanlar\u0131n\u0131n yan\u0131nda baz\u0131 zorluklar\u0131 ve riskleri de vard\u0131r. \u00dclkemiz a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan bu riskleri iki noktada toplayabiliriz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1. Ulusal do\u011falgaz yataklar\u0131m\u0131z yok denecek kadar azd\u0131r. Dolays\u0131yla do\u011falgaz t\u00fcm\u00fcyle ithalata dayal\u0131 bir sekt\u00f6r olu\u015fturmaktad\u0131r. D\u0131\u015fa ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131l\u0131k veya bir \u00fclkeye ba\u011flanma yerine bir\u00e7ok \u00fclkeden ithalat\u0131 ve di\u011fer alternatif yak\u0131tlar\u0131n iyile\u015ftirilmesi, ara\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 da d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fclmelidir. \u00d6rne\u011fin, kalitesiz olan k\u00f6m\u00fcrlerimizin iyile\u015ftirilmesi, zenginle\u015ftirilmesi ve petrol arama \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n h\u0131zland\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131, g\u00fcne\u015f enerjisi, termal enerjiden yararlanma gibi&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Do\u011falgaz kullan\u0131m\u0131nda emniyet, kalite, bilin\u00e7, organizasyon ve altyap\u0131 \u00e7ok \u00f6nemlidir. Altyap\u0131 maliyetinin a\u011f\u0131r ve bu konularda \u00fclkemizin \u00f6nemli eksiklikleri oldu\u011fu bilinmektedir. Do\u011falgaz\u0131n dikkatsiz kullan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n yaratabilece\u011fi riskler unutulmamal\u0131d\u0131r. Genellikle, kazan dairelerinin imar kurallar\u0131na uygun olarak yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015f havaland\u0131rma, elektrik ve baca tesisatlar\u0131 yoktur. Mevcut kazanlar\u0131n \u00f6nemli bir b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc ise \u00e7ok eskidir. Bu t\u00fcr kazanlarda verim d\u00fc\u015f\u00fckt\u00fcr. T\u00fcm bu olumsuzluklar ba\u015ftan dikkate al\u0131nmal\u0131d\u0131r. Kazan dairelerinde do\u011falgaz kullanmay\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnen aboneler kazanlar\u0131n\u0131 ve kazan dairelerini yetkili kuruma ya da uzman firmalara et\u00fct ettirmelidirler. Bu et\u00fctlerin sonu\u00e7lar\u0131na g\u00f6re de, kazan dairelerinde gerekli onar\u0131m ve tadilatlar\u0131 yapt\u0131rmal\u0131d\u0131rlar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Do\u011falgaz yakmada, sorumlu, hatta olanaks\u0131z olabilecek kazan d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcmlerinin &#8220;astar\u0131 y\u00fcz\u00fcnden daha pahal\u0131 olmamas\u0131&#8221; i\u00e7in teknik yeterlili\u011fi olan ki\u015filere dan\u0131\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131 gereklidir. Kazan ekonomik \u00f6mr\u00fcn\u00fc doldurmu\u015f ise yeni bir kazan al\u0131nmal\u0131d\u0131r. Kazan se\u00e7iminde dikkatli olunmal\u0131, TSE yeterlilik belgesi mutlaka aranmal\u0131d\u0131r. \u0130thal cihazlarda ise uluslararas\u0131 standartlara uygunluk (D\u0130N, BS, ANSI&#8230;) aranmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>***<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Herkesin temiz bir \u00e7evrede ya\u015fama hakk\u0131 vard\u0131r.
