Bu t\u00fcr \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar genellikle devletin, muktedirin, ba\u011fl\u0131 olduklar\u0131 \u00fcniversitelerdeki hocalar\u0131n\u0131n istekleri do\u011frultusunda olur, oluyor. \u00d6rne\u011fin, \u00f6\u011frencilere baz\u0131 konular\u0131 ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar\u0131n\u0131 ve bunlar\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131nda i\u015flemelerini s\u00f6yledi\u011fimde; \u201cAbi, dedi\u011fin konular\u0131 e\u011fer yazarsam tezim kabul g\u00f6rmez. Tarih yaz\u0131c\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7o\u011fu \u201csakatlanm\u0131\u015f bilgi\u201dlerle yanl\u0131\u015f\u0131 (e\u011friyi) do\u011fru gibi g\u00f6stermeyi g\u00f6rev edinmi\u015flerdir. B\u00f6ylece hem kendilerini ve hem de ba\u015fkalar\u0131n\u0131 kand\u0131rmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yorlar. Ama kand\u0131r\u0131lmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131klar\u0131 o \u201cba\u015fkalar\u0131\u201d bir g\u00fcn g\u00f6zlerini ge\u00e7mi\u015fin ve bug\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcz\u00fcn ger\u00e7eklerine a\u00e7t\u0131klar\u0131 zaman ne olacak? Hakikat ortaya \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131\u011f\u0131nda yalanc\u0131n\u0131n mumu s\u00f6nmeyecek mi? Yaz\u0131lanlar\u0131n bir i\u015fe yaramas\u0131 i\u00e7in hakikati i\u00e7ermesi, nesnel olmas\u0131 laz\u0131m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Yerel tarih \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 mecburi, g\u00f6rev gere\u011fi yap\u0131lan bir i\u015f de\u011fil, \u00e7o\u011funlukla bir zevk i\u015fidir. Kayna\u011f\u0131, merakt\u0131r. Sorumluluk duyularak yalan yanl\u0131\u015f yaz\u0131lanlara ve bilgi kirlili\u011fine kar\u015f\u0131 duyulan bir tepkinin sonucu bazen yazanlar olsa da; zevkle \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmak, zevkle bilgi ve belgeleri g\u00fcn y\u00fcz\u00fcne \u00e7\u0131kartmak hem \u00e7ok daha keyifli, hem de propaganda i\u00e7ermeyen do\u011fru bilgileri kamuoyuna sunmak \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli i\u015f ve bir gerekliliktir. Zaten tarihin lezzeti buradad\u0131r. Ustalar bo\u015funa m\u0131 \u201ctarih hakikat olan\u0131, bilim gizlenmi\u015f olan\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131klar\u201d diyor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tarihi her malzeme, tarihi her kaynak \u00e7ok \u00e7ok \u00f6nemlidir. Bu nedenle yerel tarih \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131nda en ba\u015fta yap\u0131lacak i\u015f bilgi ve malzeme toplamakt\u0131r. Mevcut bilgi ve belgelerin yan\u0131nda farkl\u0131 yeni kaynaklara ula\u015fmakta \u00e7ok \u00f6nemlidir. Sonras\u0131nda edinilen bilgi ve belgelerin t\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fcn dikkatlice tasnifi yap\u0131lmal\u0131, incelenmeli ve kullan\u0131lacak olanlar ayr\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r; ar\u015fiv belgeleri genelde egemenlerin \u00e7\u0131kar ve anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131na g\u00f6re d\u00fczenlendi\u011fi i\u00e7in, ar\u015fiv belgeleri \u00e7ok ustal\u0131kl\u0131 kullan\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r. B\u00f6yle yap\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 zaman inand\u0131r\u0131c\u0131 yeni bilgilerle esasl\u0131 bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ortaya \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lm\u0131\u015f olunur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Yerel tarih \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131nda mek\u00e2nlar da \u00e7ok \u00f6nemlidir. Ya\u015fan\u0131lan mek\u00e2nlar yok olsalar bile, insanlar bir k\u0131sm\u0131n\u0131 an\u0131lar\u0131nda ya\u015fat\u0131r ya da belle\u011finde uzun s\u00fcre ta\u015f\u0131r ve sonraki ku\u015faklara bir k\u0131sm\u0131n\u0131 aktar\u0131r. Hi\u015fyar \u00d6zsoy\u2019un da dedi\u011fi gibi; \u201cMuktedirlerin bask\u0131 ve susturma rejimleri ne denli \u015fiddetli olursa olsun, mek\u00e2nlar haf\u0131zalar\u0131 durmaks\u0131z\u0131n \u00e7a\u011f\u0131rmaya devam ederken, k\u00fclt\u00fcrel haf\u0131zalar da inat ve yarat\u0131c\u0131l\u0131kla mek\u00e2nlara tutunman\u0131n, mek\u00e2n \u00fczerinde hak iddia etmenin ve mek\u00e2n \u00fcretmenin yollar\u0131n\u0131 bulurlar.\u201d Bundan dolay\u0131 ya\u015fl\u0131 insanlarla, bilgi sahibi olanlarla mutlaka konu\u015fulmal\u0131, anlat\u0131lanlar yaz\u0131l\u0131 ve g\u00f6rsel kay\u0131t alt\u0131na al\u0131nmal\u0131d\u0131r. Yani bir nevi s\u00f6zl\u00fc tarih \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 yap\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc s\u00f6zl\u00fc kaynak \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli ve \u00f6zellikli bir kaynakt\u0131r. S\u00f6zl\u00fc tarih, egemenlerin, egemen anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131n g\u00f6rmediklerini, g\u00f6rmek istemediklerini g\u00f6rmektir. S\u00f6zl\u00fc tarihe deruni anlam\u0131n\u0131 veren bu yan\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c7ok bilinen bir ger\u00e7e\u011fi de burada anmal\u0131y\u0131m. S\u00f6zl\u00fc k\u00fclt\u00fcrde ya\u015fayan toplumlar ailelerin, toplumlar\u0131n nas\u0131l do\u011fup geli\u015fti\u011fini becerileri \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcs\u00fcnde hep aktarmak istemi\u015flerdir. Bizde bunun en iyi \u00f6rne\u011fi dengb\u00eajlerdir. Zaman ve mek\u00e2n i\u00e7inde anlat\u0131lanlar farkl\u0131l\u0131k g\u00f6sterse de, dengb\u00eajler \u201cge\u00e7mi\u015fte olmu\u015f olanlar\u0131\u201d nesilden nesille aktararak bilginin yok olu\u015funu \u00f6nledikleri gibi, fark\u0131nda olmadan toplumsal haf\u0131zan\u0131n olu\u015fumuna katk\u0131 da sunmu\u015flard\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>K\u0131sacas\u0131: T\u00fcrkiye \u00fcniversitelerinde tarihle ilgili yaz\u0131lanlar\u0131n \u00e7o\u011fu do\u011fru de\u011fildir. Tarih\u00e7ilerin \u00e7o\u011fu gizliden veya a\u00e7\u0131ktan resmi ideolojinin, T\u00fcrk milliyet\u00e7ili\u011finin, T\u00fcrk-\u0130slam Sentezi g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015flerin propagandas\u0131n\u0131 yapmaktad\u0131rlar. Bunlar tarihle ilgili \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131 yaparken de maalesef kendi inan\u00e7 ve kimliklerini geride b\u0131rakmay\u0131 hi\u00e7 ak\u0131llar\u0131na getirmeyi d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnmezler. K\u00fcrtlere ve Ermeniler dair yaz\u0131lanlar bunun en iyi kan\u0131t\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>G\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde yerel tarih \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131na \u00e7ok \u00f6nem verilmekte, alternatif tarihin altyap\u0131s\u0131 olarak g\u00f6r\u00fclmektedir. Yap\u0131lan her yerel tarih \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 bu anlamda \u00e7ok \u00f6nemlidir, k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fcmsenmemelidir. Tarihe dair yeni \u015feyler s\u00f6yleyeceksek e\u011fer, s\u00f6yleyece\u011fimiz yeni \u015feylerin bir\u00e7o\u011funu engelleyici k\u00f6steklere ra\u011fmen inan\u00e7la, \u00fcmitle, i\u00e7tenlikle, k\u0131l\u0131 k\u0131rk yararak yap\u0131lacak \u00f6zg\u00fcn yerel tarih \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131yla s\u00f6yleyebiliriz.
