Dicle \u00dcniversitesi<\/strong>\u201d taraf\u0131ndan yay\u0131mlanan kitaplar\u0131n edit\u00f6rl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc Prof. Dr. Yusuf Kenan Haspolat yapm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Kitaplarda yer alan yaz\u0131lar\u0131n \u00e7o\u011funlu\u011funu ise akademik unvan\u0131 olan farkl\u0131 \u015fah\u0131slar kaleme alm\u0131\u015f, ama yaz\u0131lar \u00f6zen g\u00f6sterilmeden, geli\u015fig\u00fczel yaz\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Sanki kitaplar\u0131n sayfa say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 fazlala\u015ft\u0131rmak i\u00e7in toplama bilgilerin yan\u0131nda gerekli gereksiz bol bol foto\u011fraf kullan\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Dicle \u00dcniversitesi<\/strong>\u201d antetli kitaplarda yer alan bilgilerin \u00e7o\u011fu ba\u015fka kaynaklardan al\u0131nm\u0131\u015f, ama al\u0131nt\u0131 yap\u0131lan veya b\u00fcy\u00fck oranda birebir al\u0131nan yaz\u0131lar\u0131n kaynaklar\u0131 hakk\u0131yla belirtilmemi\u015ftir. Burada yaz\u0131lanlar\u0131n t\u00fcm\u00fc bana ait olmas\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131n ne (\u201c \u00a0\u201d) i\u015fareti ne de yaz\u0131 i\u00e7erisinde yaz\u0131lan\u0131n bana ait oldu\u011funu a\u00e7\u0131klayan bir ifade var. \u0130ki sayfal\u0131k yaz\u0131n\u0131n sonunda sadece uyduruk ufak bir dipnot var.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>S\u00f6z konusu yaz\u0131m 3-11-19-30 Haziran 2007 tarihlerinde <strong>Ergani Postas\u0131<\/strong> gazetesinde \u201c<em>Kaybolan Meslekler, Tarihe kar\u0131\u015fan Nesneler<\/em>\u201d ba\u015fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 alt\u0131nda diziyaz\u0131 olarak yay\u0131mlanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Halen kendi \u015fahsi sitemde yay\u0131ndad\u0131r. Yine edit\u00f6rl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc Prof. Dr. Yusuf Kenan Haspolat\u2019\u0131n yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 <strong>T\u00fcm Y\u00f6nleriyle Ergani \u0130l\u00e7esi ve Turizm<\/strong> kitab\u0131nda (Haziran 2014) \u0130hsan Ya\u015far diye biri \u201c<em>Ergani K\u00f6yleri<\/em>\u201d ba\u015fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 alt\u0131nda k\u00f6yleri anlatmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015fm\u0131\u015f. Morkoyun (Divane) k\u00f6y\u00fcn\u00fc anlat\u0131rken 2005 y\u0131l\u0131nda bas\u0131m\u0131 yap\u0131lan <strong>\u00c7ay\u00f6n\u00fc\u2019nden Ergani\u2019ye Uzun bir y\u00fcr\u00fcy\u00fc\u015f<\/strong> kitab\u0131mda (s.438-439) yer alan \u201c<em>Ger\u00e7ek Bir Ayd\u0131n: Enver At\u0131lgan<\/em>\u201d ba\u015fl\u0131kl\u0131 yaz\u0131m i\u00e7inde yer alan \u201c<em>Morkoyun K\u00f6y\u00fc R\u00f6portaj\u0131<\/em>\u201d oldu\u011fu gibi al\u0131nm\u0131\u015f (s.548-549), ama hi\u00e7bir yerde kaynak g\u00f6sterilmemi\u015f, hatta kullan\u0131lan foto\u011frafta bile (Bu foto\u011fraf\u0131 2004 y\u0131l\u0131nda Remzi \u0130pek bana vermi\u015fti) ne benim ne de Remzi \u0130pek\u2019in ismimden bahsedilmi\u015f. Fakat bir dikkatsizli\u011fi sonucu yazar yakay\u0131 ele vermi\u015f, metin i\u00e7erisinde ge\u00e7en Arap\u00e7a \u201c<em>S\u00fcrura<\/em>\u201d s\u00f6zc\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fcn biti\u015fi\u011finde yer alan parantez i\u00e7inde yaz\u0131l\u0131 (Sevin\u00e7-M. \u00dcz\u00fclmez) a\u00e7\u0131klamam\u0131 silmeyi unutmu\u015f. Bu kitaplarda bu t\u00fcrden \u00f6rnekleri \u00e7o\u011faltabilirim.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201c<strong>T.C. Dicle \u00dcniversitesi<\/strong>\u201d antetli kitaplar\u0131n d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda, Mehmet Ali Abakay taraf\u0131ndan yaz\u0131lan ve \u201c<strong>\u015eehir Ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar\u0131 Merkezi<\/strong>\u201d (bu ismi ilk defa duyuyorum) taraf\u0131ndan \u201c<em>Diyarbak\u0131r Kitaplar\u0131 Dizisi<\/em>\u201dnde yay\u0131mlanm\u0131\u015f d\u00f6rt kitab\u0131 inceledim, imzalay\u0131p ad\u0131ma g\u00f6nderdi\u011fi i\u00e7in bunlardan sadece <strong>Diyarbak\u0131r Kalesi<\/strong>\u2019ni ba\u015ftan sona okudum.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kitab\u0131n ad\u0131 <strong>Diyarbak\u0131r Kalesi<\/strong>. Kitab\u0131 eline alan da zanneder ki Diyarbak\u0131r kalesi anlat\u0131lmakta. Oysa kaleye ait ne tarih\u00e7e var, ne kronoloji ne de bilgi. Kaleyi, daha do\u011frusu Diyarbak\u0131r surlar\u0131n\u0131 kimler yapm\u0131\u015f, ne zaman yapm\u0131\u015f, neden yapm\u0131\u015f; kimler y\u0131km\u0131\u015f, kimler yeniden in\u015fa etmi\u015f, hangi tarihlerde onar\u0131mlar ge\u00e7irmi\u015f ve bu onar\u0131mlar ne kadar asl\u0131na uygun yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015f? Bu sorular i\u00e7in bo\u015funa yan\u0131t aramay\u0131n. Bunlar\u0131n yerine sadece kendini ve kendi d\u00fcnya g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fc anlatm\u0131\u015f.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201c<strong>T.C. Dicle \u00dcniversitesi<\/strong>\u201dnce yay\u0131mlanan, akademisyen veya ara\u015ft\u0131rmac\u0131-yazar unvanl\u0131 \u015fah\u0131slarca kaleme al\u0131nan bu \u201c<em>T\u00fcm Y\u00f6nleriyle<\/em>\u201d diye ba\u015flayan Diyarbak\u0131r ve il\u00e7elerini anlatan kitaplarda ve \u201c<strong>\u015eehir Ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar\u0131 Merkezi<\/strong>\u201d taraf\u0131ndan \u201c<em>Diyarbak\u0131r Kitaplar\u0131 Dizisi<\/em>\u201dnde yay\u0131mlanan kitaplarda ay\u0131rt edici bir \u00f6zellikte K\u00fcrt s\u00f6zc\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fcn hi\u00e7 ge\u00e7memesidir. Diyarbak\u0131r\u2019\u0131, Diyarbak\u0131r Kalesini, surlar\u0131n\u0131, il\u00e7elerini, k\u00f6ylerini anlatacaks\u0131n, ama tek kelime K\u00fcrtlerden bahsetmeyeceksin. K\u00fcrtler neden g\u00f6rmemezlikten geliniyor acaba?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Diyarbak\u0131rl\u0131 olup Diyarbak\u0131r \u00fczerine kitaplar yazan bu \u0130slamc\u0131lar\u0131n K\u00fcrtleri g\u00f6rmemezlikten gelmeleri ya da yads\u0131malar\u0131 \u00e7ok ilgin\u00e7 oldu\u011fu i\u00e7in, bu t\u00fcr kitaplar\u0131n tek tek ele\u015ftirisi yerine, bu t\u00fcr kitaplar\u0131n yaz\u0131l\u0131\u015f\u0131ndaki ama\u00e7 ve anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131n genel bir ele\u015ftirisi daha do\u011fru olacakt\u0131r. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc dinsel tarihin dindarca bir ba\u011fl\u0131l\u0131kla yineledi\u011fi yalanlar zaman ve mek\u00e2ndan yoksun, zamandizin denen \u015feyden bihaber ve nerde, ne zaman gibi sorular\u0131 yan\u0131ts\u0131zd\u0131r. Arkeolojik bulgular ge\u00e7ersizdir. Karbon 14 y\u00f6ntemi kullan\u0131larak tarihi kal\u0131nt\u0131lar\u0131n tarih\/ya\u015f tespiti yap\u0131p zamandizini olu\u015fturmak bo\u015f i\u015ftir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zaman de\u011fi\u015fti. Herkes tarihi iyi okumal\u0131. Bir olan bir daha olmaz yeniden. Ge\u00e7mi\u015f, ge\u00e7mi\u015fte kalmal\u0131 art\u0131k. Mevlana\u2019n\u0131n dedi\u011fi gibi yeni \u015feyler s\u00f6ylenmeli. Sel\u00e7uklu ve Osmanl\u0131y\u0131 arzulayan hayallerin ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmesi \u00e7ok gerilerde kald\u0131; K\u00fcrdistan\u2019\u0131, K\u00fcrt illerini M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanl\u0131kla \u00f6rt\u00fclm\u00fc\u015f olarak \u201c<em>T\u00fcrk yurdu<\/em>\u201d oldu\u011funu kan\u0131tlama sevdas\u0131ndan vazge\u00e7ilmeli. Osmanl\u0131 y\u00fczlerce y\u0131l Balkanlar\u2019da, Ortado\u011fu\u2019da, Arabistan\u2019da h\u00fck\u00fcm s\u00fcrd\u00fc diye, Yunanistan, Bulgaristan, Arnavutluk, Suriye, Irak, L\u00fcbnan, Arabistan \u015fimdi \u201c<em>T\u00fcrk yurdu<\/em>\u201d mudur? \u0130ngiltere y\u0131llarca Hindistan\u2019da h\u00fck\u00fcm s\u00fcrd\u00fc diye Hindistan \u0130ngiliz yurdu mudur? Ya\u015fan\u0131lan yerler h\u00fck\u00fcm s\u00fcrenlerin de\u011fil, bizzat o topraklar\u0131n \u00fczerinde ya\u015fayanlar\u0131n yurdudur. \u0130lk \u00f6nce bunu kabul etmeliyiz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bu \u0130slamc\u0131 yazar\u00e7izerlerimiz s\u00f6z\u00fcm ona Diyarbak\u0131rl\u0131, Diyarbak\u0131r\u2019da ya\u015f\u0131yor ve K\u00fcrtlerin g\u00f6n\u00fcllerindeki paytext (ba\u015fkent) Diyarbak\u0131r \u00fczerine kitaplar yaz\u0131yorlar. Ama kitaplar\u0131nda tek s\u00f6zc\u00fck K\u00fcrtlerden, K\u00fcrtlerin hak gasp\u0131ndan bahsetmiyorlar. Sanki Diyarbak\u0131r\u2019da K\u00fcrtler yok, onca ya\u015fanm\u0131\u015fl\u0131klar yok; sanki \u015eeyh Said Da\u011fkap\u0131 Meydan\u0131\u2019nda idam edilmemi\u015f, Diyarbak\u0131r askeri cezaevinde K\u00fcrtlere kan kusturulmam\u0131\u015f. K\u00fcrt\u00e7e konu\u015ftuklar\u0131 i\u00e7in, yazd\u0131klar\u0131 i\u00e7in, \u015fark\u0131 t\u00fcrk\u00fc s\u00f6yledikleri i\u00e7in hor g\u00f6r\u00fclmeler, i\u015fkence g\u00f6rmeler, ceza almalar olmam\u0131\u015f. Bu yazarlar\u0131m\u0131z ve ayn\u0131 anlay\u0131\u015fa sahip olanlar i\u00e7in sadece Diyarbak\u0131r\u2019da \u201c<em>ecdatlar\u0131<\/em>\u201d olan Osmanl\u0131 ulamalar\u0131, Osmanl\u0131 velileri, Osmanl\u0131 pa\u015falar\u0131, Osmanl\u0131 valileri, Osmanl\u0131 beyleri ve bunlar ad\u0131na yap\u0131lan hanlar, hamamlar, medreseler, camiler var. Diyarbak\u0131r\u2019da ya\u015fam\u0131\u015f ve ya\u015fayan halklar: K\u00fcrtler, Ermeniler, S\u00fcryaniler, Araplar, daha do\u011frusu S\u00fcnni M\u00fcsl\u00fcman T\u00fcrklerin d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda kalan farkl\u0131 etnik k\u00f6kenden veya inan\u00e7 gruplar\u0131ndan olanlar yok, yok, yok\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>K\u00fcrtlerin yo\u011fun ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 co\u011frafyadan \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015f olmalar\u0131 nedeniyle K\u00fcrtleri en \u00e7ok bu Diyarbak\u0131rl\u0131 \u0130slamc\u0131 yazarlar\u0131n anlamas\u0131 gerekirdi oysa. Anlamad\u0131klar\u0131na g\u00f6re demek ki g\u00f6n\u00fcl g\u00f6zleri kapal\u0131. B\u00f6yle olunca da K\u00fcrtlerin hak gasp\u0131na de\u011finmemeleri hi\u00e7te tesad\u00fcfi de\u011fil: K\u00fcrtler \u201c<em>\u00fcmmetin yetimi<\/em>\u201d olduklar\u0131ndan \u0130slamc\u0131lar taraf\u0131ndan kabul g\u00f6rm\u00fcyor. H\u00e2lbuki K\u00fcrtlerin, T\u00fcrklerin, farkl\u0131 etnik ve inan\u00e7 gruplar\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6zg\u00fcrce, hak e\u015fitli\u011fi temelinde birlikte ya\u015famalar\u0131 i\u00e7in \u00e7aba g\u00f6sterenlere destek verilmesi erdemli bir davran\u0131\u015f, vicdan\u00ee ve insan\u00ee bir g\u00f6revdir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bu t\u00fcr kitaplarda bol bol Filistin\u2019de, Yugoslavya\u2019da, \u00c7e\u00e7enya\u2019da, Do\u011fu T\u00fcrkistan\u2019da ve Kambo\u00e7ya\u2019da, Filipinler\u2019de ve en son olarak ta M\u0131s\u0131r\u2019da olup bitenleri g\u00f6rmemezlikten gelenler, seyirci kalanlar, M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlara, T\u00fcrklere yap\u0131lan \u201c<em>katliam<\/em>\u201dlar\u0131 g\u00f6rmeyenler ele\u015ftiriliyor. Samimi olmak laz\u0131m, ilk \u00f6nce kendi ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z co\u011frafyada insanlara yap\u0131lan vah\u015feti g\u00f6r\u00fcp ele\u015ftirece\u011fiz ki inand\u0131r\u0131c\u0131 olal\u0131m. En yak\u0131n\u0131nda ya\u015fananlara g\u00f6z\u00fcn\u00fc kapat\u0131p, ama \u00e7ok uzaklarda da\u011flar\u0131n ve denizlerin ard\u0131nda olanlara g\u00f6z\u00fcm\u00fcz\u00fc d\u00f6rt a\u00e7arsak inan\u00e7tan, ahlaktan, insanl\u0131ktan s\u00f6z edemeyiz. K\u00fcrtler M\u00fcsl\u00fcman oldu\u011fu halde yok say\u0131l\u0131yor, zul\u00fcm g\u00f6r\u00fcyor, ola ki M\u00fcsl\u00fcman olmasayd\u0131lar, kim bilir ba\u015flar\u0131na daha neler gelirdi: Bir d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcn?!.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ayr\u0131ca \u015funu da alt\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7izmekte fayda var: Bask\u0131 alt\u0131ndaki az\u0131nl\u0131klar sorunu asl\u0131nda bask\u0131c\u0131 \u00e7o\u011funluklar sorunudur. Dini hassasiyeti olan insanlar\u0131m\u0131z K\u00fcrtlerin hak gasp\u0131na birde b\u00f6yle bakmal\u0131d\u0131rlar. Soruna b\u00f6yle bakt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda y\u00fczy\u0131ll\u0131k sorunumuzun \u201c<em>K\u00fcrt sorunu<\/em>\u201d de\u011fil, bir \u201c<em>S\u00fcnni M\u00fcsl\u00fcman T\u00fcrk sorunu<\/em>\u201d oldu\u011funu anlam\u0131\u015f olaca\u011f\u0131z.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sonu\u00e7<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tarih ve yerel tarih ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar\u0131 yapanlar, tarihle ilgili eserleri kaleme alanlar egemenin, egemen anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131n, muktedirin tarih anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131na g\u00f6re tarihi \u201c<em>in\u015fa<\/em>\u201d etmemeli; gizliden veya a\u00e7\u0131ktan resmi ideolojinin, T\u00fcrk milliyet\u00e7ili\u011finin, T\u00fcrk-\u0130slam Sentezi \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fc g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015flerin propagandas\u0131n\u0131 yapmamal\u0131d\u0131r.
