Marx\u2019\u0131n d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncelerinin Lenin prati\u011finde Sovyetler&#8217;de hayat bulmu\u015f h\u00e2lini savunuyordum. \u0130nanmak ve savunmakla da kalmay\u0131p, bu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncenin ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmesi i\u00e7in kar\u0131nca karar\u0131nca m\u00fccadele ettim. \u0130nand\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z bu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnceyi maddi g\u00fcce d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcremedik ne yaz\u0131k ki; teori, pratikte kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 bulmad\u0131. Hayal etti\u011fimiz \u201c<em>herkesten yetene\u011fine g\u00f6re, herkese ihtiyac\u0131na g\u00f6re<\/em>\u201d \u00f6zg\u00fcrce ya\u015fayaca\u011f\u0131 \u201c<em>s\u0131n\u0131fs\u0131z bir toplum<\/em>\u201d kurma vaadini ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirmeyi ne benim mensubu oldu\u011fum siyasi hareket ne de ba\u015fka siyasi hareketler ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirebildi. Sadece T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de de\u011fil, d\u00fcnyadaki mevcut sosyalist\/kom\u00fcnist hareketlerin hi\u00e7biri bunu ger\u00e7ek anlam\u0131yla ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftiremedi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ba\u015far\u0131s\u0131z olu\u015fumuzun elbette ki bir\u00e7ok nedeni var. \u201c<em>Tek d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce<\/em>\u201d, \u201c<em>tek parti<\/em>\u201d, \u201c<em>tek lider<\/em>\u201d ba\u015fat sebep gibi g\u00f6z\u00fckse de, sorunun esas kayna\u011f\u0131n\u0131n inand\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z kuram\u0131n, yani Marksizm-Leninizm\u2019in zaman i\u00e7inde a\u015f\u0131nmas\u0131, g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcz\u00fcn ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131na cevap verebilecek nitelikte olmay\u0131\u015f\u0131d\u0131r. Kuram yetersiz olunca pratik \u00e7uvallad\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201c<em>Bilimsel<\/em>\u201d Marksist kurama g\u00f6re toplumlar, kategorik olarak birbirinden \u00f6yle \u00e7ok ayr\u0131lmasalar, i\u00e7 i\u00e7e ge\u00e7mi\u015f olsalar da genel olarak \u0130lkel, K\u00f6leci, Feodal ve Kapitalist toplum a\u015famalar\u0131ndan ge\u00e7ecektir. Sonras\u0131nda kapitalist toplumda \u00fcretici g\u00fc\u00e7lerin geli\u015fmesi sonucu \u00fcretim ili\u015fkileri de de\u011fi\u015fecek ve Kom\u00fcnist topluma ge\u00e7ilecektir. Bu ge\u00e7i\u015f ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmedi. Neden?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kapitalist toplumdan kom\u00fcnist topluma ge\u00e7ilmeyi\u015finin nedenleri ile ilgili d\u00fcnyan\u0131n her yerinde \u00e7ok \u015fey yaz\u0131ld\u0131, \u00e7ok \u015fey s\u00f6ylendi. Bunlar\u0131n i\u00e7inde benim ilgimi \u00e7ekenler baz\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcrlerin kapitalizmin her \u00e7\u0131kmaza girdi\u011finde (kom\u00fcnizme ge\u00e7meden) mutasyon ge\u00e7irerek kendini yeni ko\u015fullara g\u00f6re yeniden uyarlad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131, \u00f6rg\u00fctledi\u011fini ve iktidar\u0131n\u0131 s\u00fcrd\u00fcrd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc belirten d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnceleri olmu\u015ftur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Karl Marx ve Friedrich Engels taraf\u0131ndan kom\u00fcnizmin ilk bildirgesi Kom\u00fcnist Manifesto 21 \u015eubat 1848 y\u0131l\u0131nda yay\u0131nland\u0131. Aradan 170 y\u0131ldan fazla bir zaman ge\u00e7ti ve bu s\u00fcre i\u00e7inde d\u00fcnya \u00e7ok de\u011fi\u015fti. Art\u0131k eski sol kavram ve d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncelerin maddi temeli kalmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 gibi, bir yere (sosyalizme\/kom\u00fcnizme) gidilmedi\u011fi de \u00e7ok net g\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc. Gelece\u011fe dair k\u00fcresel \u00f6l\u00e7ekte bir hik\u00e2yemizin, bir \u00fctopyam\u0131z\u0131n olabilmesi i\u00e7in yeni kavramlarla yeni \u015feyler s\u00f6ylemek gerekir. Bu, tarihin getirip \u00f6n\u00fcm\u00fcze koydu\u011fu teorik ve pratik sorunlar\u0131 ay\u0131klayarak y\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131lar aras\u0131ndan Marksizm-Leninizm\u2019in temiz ger\u00e7ek \u00f6z\u00fcn\u00fc ortaya \u00e7\u0131karmakla de\u011fil, g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcz d\u00fcnyas\u0131n\u0131 anlay\u0131p ona uygun d\u00fc\u015febilecek farkl\u0131 \u015feyler s\u00f6ylemekle olmal\u0131d\u0131r. G\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcz puslu atmosferinde zor olsa da bu, yumurta k\u00fcfesini s\u0131rt\u0131nda ta\u015f\u0131yan bizler yeniden d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnerek bug\u00fcne ve gelece\u011fe dair yeni \u015feyler s\u00f6ylemekle y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcy\u00fcz. Yeni \u015feyler s\u00f6ylemek i\u00e7in de bu konularda yaz\u0131lanlar\u0131, \u00e7izilenleri imk\u00e2nlar\u0131m\u0131z \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcs\u00fcnde takip edip s\u00f6ylenenleri analitik bir yakla\u015f\u0131mla ak\u0131l s\u00fczgecinden ge\u00e7irmeliyiz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>G\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde g\u00fcnl\u00fck k\u0131s\u0131r politikalar\u0131n sesli ve g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fcl\u00fc olarak \u00e7ok fazla g\u00f6z\u00fcm\u00fcze sokulmas\u0131, akl\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 ve duygular\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 fazlas\u0131yla me\u015fgul etmesi nedeniyle maalesef yeni d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncelerden \u00e7ok az\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n haberi olmaktad\u0131r. \u00d6rne\u011fin, bu yaz\u0131y\u0131 yazmama vesile olan Byung-Chul Han\u2019\u0131n ismini ne duymu\u015ftum ne de kitaplar\u0131ndan haberim vard\u0131. Tesad\u00fcfen \u00f6\u011frendim. Kitaplar\u0131n\u0131 okuduktan sonra yeni d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce \u00fcretenlerden biri oldu\u011funu \u00e7ok ge\u00e7 \u00f6\u011frenmi\u015f oldum.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Byung-Chul Han G\u00fcney Koreli bir d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcr ve akademisyen. Almanya\u2019da ya\u015f\u0131yor. \u201c<em>G\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcz toplumuna dair derinlikli \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmleme ve ele\u015ftirileriyle<\/em>\u201d tan\u0131n\u0131yor. Yay\u0131nlanm\u0131\u015f bir\u00e7ok kitab\u0131 var. Kitaplar\u0131nda bug\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcz\u00fc anlamaya, yar\u0131n hakk\u0131nda politikalar \u00fcretmemizde bizlere yard\u0131mc\u0131 olabilecek yeni \u015feyleri \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131na temel alm\u0131\u015f. \u201c<em>Neoliberalizm ve Yeni \u0130ktidar Teknikleri<\/em>\u201dni anlatt\u0131\u011f\u0131 <strong>Psikopolitika<\/strong> (Metis Yay\u0131nlar\u0131) kitab\u0131nda yer alan \u201c<strong><em>\u00d6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn Krizi<\/em><\/strong>\u201d ba\u015fl\u0131kl\u0131 yaz\u0131s\u0131ndan baz\u0131 tespitlerini konumuzla alakal\u0131 olmas\u0131 nedeniyle payla\u015fmak istiyorum:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201c<em>Marx\u2019\u0131n d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fcn aksine \u00fcretici g\u00fc\u00e7lerle \u00fcretim ili\u015fkileri aras\u0131ndaki \u00e7eli\u015fki kom\u00fcnist bir devrimle ortadan kalkmaz. Bu \u00e7eli\u015fki \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcms\u00fczd\u00fcr. Tam da bu i\u00e7sel daimi \u00e7eli\u015fkiden \u00f6t\u00fcr\u00fc kapitalizm gelece\u011fe ka\u00e7ar. Ba\u015fkas\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan s\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fclen i\u015f\u00e7i s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131n\u0131 kom\u00fcnizm de\u011fil neoliberalizm ortadan kald\u0131r\u0131r. Bug\u00fcn herkes kendi \u015firketinin kendini s\u00f6m\u00fcren i\u015f\u00e7isidir. Herkes birey olarak hem efendi hem k\u00f6ledir. S\u0131n\u0131f m\u00fccadelesi de insan\u0131n kendisiyle i\u00e7 sava\u015f\u0131 haline d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr<\/em>.\u201d (s.15)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201c<em>Proletarya-burjuvazi ayr\u0131m\u0131 g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde art\u0131k ge\u00e7ersizdir. Kelime anlam\u0131 olarak proletarya \u00e7ocuklar\u0131ndan ba\u015fka bir \u015feye sahip olmayan ki\u015fi demektir. Tek \u00f6z-\u00fcretimi biyolojik \u00fcremeyle s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131d\u0131r. G\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczdeyse herkesin, kendini \u00f6zg\u00fcrce tasarlayan bir proje olarak, s\u0131n\u0131rs\u0131z bir \u00f6z-\u00fcretim imk\u00e2n\u0131na sahip oldu\u011fu yan\u0131lsamas\u0131 yayg\u0131nla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Bug\u00fcn \u2018proletarya diktat\u00f6rl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc\u2019 yap\u0131sal olarak imk\u00e2ns\u0131zd\u0131r. Herkes sermayenin diktat\u00f6rl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc alt\u0131ndad\u0131r<\/em>.\u201d (s.15)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201c<em>Neoliberal rejim, b\u00fct\u00fcn \u2018s\u0131n\u0131flar\u2019\u0131 i\u00e7ine alan bir \u015fekilde, yabanc\u0131 bir g\u00fcc\u00fcn s\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fcs\u00fcn\u00fc kendini s\u00f6m\u00fcrmeye d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fcr. Bu s\u0131n\u0131fs\u0131z \u00f6z-s\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fc Marx\u2019a tamamen yabanc\u0131d\u0131r. S\u00f6m\u00fcrenlerle s\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fclenler aras\u0131ndaki farka dayanan toplumsal devrimi imk\u00e2ns\u0131z k\u0131lan da budur. Kendini s\u00f6m\u00fcren performans \u00f6znesinin yaln\u0131zla\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131n sonucu olarak, ortak eyleme giri\u015febilecek siyasi bir Biz olu\u015fmaz<\/em>.\u201d (s.16)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201c<em>Bug\u00fcn dijital psikopolitika \u00e7a\u011f\u0131na do\u011fru gidiyoruz. Bu siyaset pasif g\u00f6zetlemeden aktif y\u00f6nlendirmeye do\u011fru ilerliyor. Bu da bizi \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn yeni bir krizine itiyor. Big Data (B\u00fcy\u00fck Veri) toplumsal ileti\u015fimin dinamiklerine ili\u015fkin kapsaml\u0131 bilgi edinmeye olanak sa\u011flayan \u00e7ok etkili bir psikopolitik ara\u00e7t\u0131r. Yar\u0131n\u0131n d\u00fcnyas\u0131n\u0131 anlamaya ve \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm \u00fcretmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlara, kafa yoranlara baz\u0131 ipu\u00e7lar\u0131 verebilir yazd\u0131klar\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Yenilgi sonras\u0131 r\u00fczg\u00e2r tersten esmeye ba\u015flay\u0131nca neoliberalizmin baz\u0131 konu\u015fmac\u0131 ve kalem\u015f\u00f6rleri belirsiz bu s\u00fcre\u00e7te bir bayram havas\u0131nda \u201c<em>her \u015fey bitti<\/em>\u201d, \u201c<em>tarihin sonu<\/em>\u201d geldi diye palavra at\u0131p duruyor, ama inanmam\u0131z\u0131 gerektirecek kan\u0131tlar\u0131 yok. Tamam, kapitalizmden kom\u00fcnizme ge\u00e7ilmedi, dahas\u0131 mevzileri yitirdik ve yenildik. Ama bu tarihin sonu olamaz ki, m\u00fccadele kal\u0131nan yerden farkl\u0131 bir boyutta devam ediyor.
