Yakma, y\u0131kma ve kan d\u00f6kmekle kalmay\u0131p t\u00fcm zenginlikleri talan ederler, baz\u0131lar\u0131 h\u00e2l\u00e2 sald\u0131r\u0131 ve talan\u0131 s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fcyorlar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>B\u00f6lgemizin on bin y\u0131ll\u0131k tarihine bakt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda; ayn\u0131 co\u011frafyada, birbirinden farkl\u0131, hatta birbirlerine kar\u015f\u0131 duran pek \u00e7ok k\u00fclt\u00fcrel, etnik ve din\u00ee olu\u015fumun de\u011fi\u015ferek, birle\u015ferek, da\u011f\u0131larak ve sonra yeniden ve yeniden b\u00fct\u00fcnle\u015ferek ge\u00e7mi\u015ften gelece\u011fe yapt\u0131klar\u0131 kanl\u0131 ve co\u015fkulu yolculu\u011funa tan\u0131k oluruz. De\u011ferli dostum Misbah Hicri imzalay\u0131p g\u00f6nderdi\u011fi yeni \u00e7\u0131kan <strong>Co\u011frafya Kaderdir<\/strong> kitab\u0131yla beni Mezopotamya \u00fczerine biraz daha derinlemesine d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnmeye sevk etti. Farkl\u0131 s\u00f6zc\u00fckleri kullansak da farkl\u0131 \u015feyler s\u00f6ylemiyoruz. Kitab\u0131na yazd\u0131\u011f\u0131 sunu\u015f bunun kan\u0131t\u0131: \u201c<em>Evet&#8230; Co\u011frafya kaderimizdir. \u00dczerinde ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z toprak par\u00e7as\u0131, belki d\u00fcnyan\u0131n kurulu\u015fundan itibaren hep bu kadar karma\u015f\u0131k de\u011fildi; konum itibariyle hep cazip gelmemi\u015fti herkese; ama insanl\u0131k, h\u00fck\u00fcmran olma, h\u00e2kim olma g\u00fcd\u00fcs\u00fcn\u00fc tek\u00e2m\u00fcl ettirdi\u011finden beri g\u00f6z\u00fcn\u00fc hep buraya dikmi\u015fti. (&#8230;) Mezopotamya, binlerce y\u0131ld\u0131r \u00fczerinde Paganist, Sabii, Musevi, Yezidi, H\u0131ristiyan ve \u0130slam inanc\u0131 ta\u015f\u0131yan K\u00fcrt, T\u00fcrk, Arap, S\u00fcryani, Keldani, Ermeni, Yahudi vs. \u00e7ok say\u0131da toplulu\u011fun, i\u00e7 i\u00e7e ya\u015fay\u0131p; hayat, birlikte ya\u015fama, hukuk, din, felsefe gibi yap\u0131lar\u0131 etkileyerek, d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcrerek, bilgi ve tecr\u00fcbelerini kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131kl\u0131 aktararak ortaya \u00e7\u0131kard\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00f6zg\u00fcn, hususi \u2018co\u011frafya\u2019n\u0131n ad\u0131d\u0131r<\/em>.\u201d (s.8)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Osmanl\u0131 \u0130mparatorlu\u011fu da\u011f\u0131ld\u0131ktan sonra varl\u0131k g\u00f6sterdi\u011fi alanlarda T\u00fcrkiye Cumhuriyeti de d\u00e2hil olmak \u00fczere 27 devlet kuruldu, ama Mezopotamya\u2019n\u0131n kadim halklar\u0131ndan biri olan K\u00fcrtler\u2019in, ne devleti oldu ne de hak ve hukuklar\u0131 tan\u0131nd\u0131 uluslararas\u0131 camia taraf\u0131ndan. Bu nedenle, \u201cK\u00fcrt Sorunu\u201d tarihten kalan bir miras olarak bug\u00fcn \u00f6nemini korudu\u011fu gibi yak\u0131c\u0131 s\u0131cakl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 da her ge\u00e7en g\u00fcn daha fazla hissettiriyor. Ger\u00e7ekler hi\u00e7 beklemedi\u011fimiz bir anda s\u00f6z olur \u00e7\u0131kagelir: Bazen efsane, bazen masal, bazen hik\u00e2ye ve bazen de bir kitap olarak. Misbah Hicri\u2019nin <strong>Co\u011frafya Kaderdir<\/strong> kitab\u0131 da b\u00f6yle bir \u015fey. Hicri, tarihten miras kalan K\u00fcrt sorununa ili\u015fkin duygu ve d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncelerini kitab\u0131nda g\u00fcncel geli\u015fmelerin paralelinde edebi bir dille kaleme ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 yaz\u0131lar\u0131yla okuyucusuna aktar\u0131yor. Mezopotamya\u2019n\u0131n kaderini payla\u015fan bir Urfal\u0131 olarak mensubu oldu\u011fu b\u00f6lge insan\u0131n\u0131 anlat\u0131rken ayn\u0131 zamanda k\u00f6r olas\u0131 s\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131lar\u0131 dile getiriyor. Demokrasinin \u00f6n\u00fcndeki en b\u00fcy\u00fck engel ise bir t\u00fcrl\u00fc \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fclmeyen K\u00fcrt sorunudur, daha do\u011fru bir tan\u0131mlamayla K\u00fcrtlerin hak gasp\u0131d\u0131r.
